Mmm I like your way of thinking - portion control what portion control :D

SWMBO always works on the 1 item 1 calorie method, so 30 peas are 30 calories, 1 slice of cake is 1 calorie :rotfl:

    Yay Beanie - Go you!:j:j:j:j:j:j:j

I did my degree with the OU too so I really really know how hard it is to stay focused and keen. 74% is brilliant! (oh, and the 1lb loss of course)

Eric - SWMBO? I need to know.

    Beanie - 74% is excellent. And 1 lb too:T:T

Some great results coming in peeps

We had baliffes at the door this morning:eek:. For previous lodger though. Am sure there is a mistake as they were loverly (the lodgers). Actually the baliffe was very pleasant too. But then it wasn't my stuff he was trying to take...
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once
