Reporting in with a 0.6lb loss this week.
I'm happy with that as I am still unable to exercise due to my ankle. It's getting better though.
Well done to the losers and STSers this week. :beer:0 -

BLEUGH!!!!!!!
It was the trifle they were making that made me switch over (to the biggest looser). Trifle is definately one of my weaknesses - have been know to eat a whole one in one go (slinks off with head held in shame to the naughty step)
Hezza - good luck with the re-writes.
A much undeserved STS for me this week please Fred (still 11s 4 1/2lbs). After all last weekends takeaways I was frightened to look and must admit at one point thought about not weighing in - but that would be cheating. Today is another day and I seem to be getting back into it.
Well done all loosers :T0 -
that trifle did look amazing and it came in a single serving glass:T :A
I wanted to eat most of it thou0 -
vd day victory? something you're not telling us?!
just experimented by making some marshalls saucy macaroni without butter or milk. it still tasted good and it took out a lot of the fat and cals, but still came in at 604 cals for the pack and 19.4g fat. So better for me, but must still remain an occasional treat. must ... avoid...full.. case..sitting..in..cupboard.. going.. for..free0 -
Hola
After last week's hill walk I was expecting great results this week, but if I'm honest with myself, I've been a bit lax because I think I've got some leeway, if you see what I mean!
Anyway, it's not that bad, I still lost half a pound, total weight loss now 10.5lbs and Superman lost 2.5 lbs, total weight loss now 10lbs, so we're pleased with ourselves.
Good luck with all the weigh ins.

p.s. it must be about time for a new thread... I'm surprised no-one has said anything yet.Start BMI - 38.7 Current BMI - 31.2 Target BMI - 26.30 -
