Hi, sorry I missed last week's weigh in - I did lose so that was good.
Could I possibly go back on to the maintainers chart? My loss this week was 1.8lb which puts me at 2.4lb below my maintaining weight - so now I need to increase my calories a bit to try to hit my target.
Thank you (and now to catch up on the thread....)

Well yesterday was a total loss, pigged out on a curry ....
and I don't even think the 15 min walk in -50c Siberian winds and snow down in whistable (kent coast) yesterday would have made a dent in it :mad:0 -
Well done Fi on being SOTW!! :j
Had a session in the gym last night; part of my programme is to do 10 mins on the rowing machine with a target of 1700m. Last week I did 1900 so was very pleased with myself, last night I only managed 1800 so no so pleased, then I realised at the end that I had the incline setting too high!! what a plonker - was going like the clappers wondering why I was so far behind on the target & starting to get funny looks from the lady on the machine next to mewonder if that means I had it too low last week??

Morning:D my OH has just started going to the gym but he is each time he goes trying to work off cals 500 cals, he says it is much harder than he remembers and takes ages to get the cals to go to 500:rotfl:he is enjoying it though, he could do with a bit of exercise as now he has more of a sedentry job:D my eldest has his weights and ankle weights and the book that he works through every night, he is a typical bean pole teenager so it is hard to see what he is achieving but he keeps showing us his muscles and we agree with him they are massive:rotfl: his bedroom looks like a gym now but he is happy eating all the pasta and lean proteins etc.0
