astonishingly, after my panic and rant yesterday, im reporting a sts.
Going right back to basics. in actually going to start saving my syns up for certain days, instead of just thinking 'oh, it will be fine..'
think im going to cut out one HEA everyother day, as i dont really drink that much milk, and apparently that helps weight loss.
will be back later to report food diary
hezza- in know that feeling....

+2lbs for me. Feeling totally ashamed of myself, and off to eat shredded wheat to console myself with.
Well done to the losers and STS's. I will be one of those again soon! One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Did you keep a food diary? It is easy to loose track of cals in drink, milk, sugar in teas etc it all adds up? Keeping a food diary of absolutely everything that passes your lips as well as drinks non alcoholic or alcoholic and also the odd boiled sweet here and there or a mint or a bit of someone elses dinner, just a mouthful, just to try it that kind of thing is the devil:rotfl::D
Pancake next week ladies and gents, bought some ready made from Sainsburys and was alarmed as I went to get 2 that each one was 137 cals:eek: decided to have just a bit and give the rest to the kids not wasting 137 cals on a pancake, not worth it:D
On sunday going out for a carvery but was thinking as most supermarkets do 3 meats for £10 to buy those make a carvery at home even cheaper and better still because will not need all the meat could cut it and freeze it for another time, or am I missing the romantic togetherness of the day?:rotfl::rotfl: Was going to get the M&S dine in for 2 but it has gone up to £20 and that seems excessive for what you get, the harvester is cheaper than that on the early bird or la tasca has 50% off..0 -

Well done to all the losers and STSers' your doing great, keep up the hard work. To all of us who put on (myself including) lets not get down about it, but make sure that we lose next week by making sensible healthy choices, eating regularly and not too big portions and doing some exercise! I have already implement change so that I do not gain again next week.
Have a great day! QT :-)0
