Had my weigh in a day early, otherwise would have had to take the kids with me to SW! Done it once, never again with an 11 year old, a 20 month old and a 4 month old.....though the SW leader was very understanding!
-2.5lb loss which I was very pleased with as I have been having blips all week where I forget I'm dieting! Had cleared the leftover oven chips from tea the other night before I'd realised what I'd done! Guess old habits die hard......
rosieposie2000 - I think you're doing great!
I am always amazed at how motivated you all remain and can only hope I'm still feeling the same in a couple of months! It seems to be going well so far and am enjoying SW, as Brighton Belle said, you never feel hungry on it.
But was just wondering if people give themselves treats when they reach 1/2 stone or stone losses?? Obviously clothes are not really a great idea, cos hopefully they'll be too big soon.. or food? Any ideas??0 -
2nd class of aqua aerobics tonight. Think I must have done better tonight, as i'm feeling the burn right across the back of my shoulders. Weigh in tomorrow morning, but everything is feeling much tighter, so not holding out much hope. Probably because I've been eating bread tho. Time will tell....
Post in morning.4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -
eric - its just a way of quanitfying anything which is bad for you on SW, like the points system on weight watchers

ahh many thanks, SWMBO does WW0 -
Well the essay is half written. I haven't reviewed it yet but its probably complete ball-cocks as I've had half a bottle of red wine this evening (to help wash down the brie cheese, of course). Thank god for spell checker! Ah well, all will become clear in the cold light of day tomorrow. Been out and about on the freezing cold wind today which has taken it out of me - I'm off to bed now!! Who cares about Byron anyway?? Bit of a ponce in my opinion "Look at me, I'm so clever, I can write really complicated poetry that no-one can understand"
Oh dear.... no more alcohol for me tonight!!£2 Savers Club 2016 #21 £14/£250
