He is going to think I'm an even more perfect GF now (he said I was beyond perfect last week when I spent an afternoon shining up all the chrome on one of his m/bikes he has recently bought to sell on), as I have found him bars of Bourneville 'Old Jamaica' chocolate. I've been looking for this for him for 7 years!
Sary sorry I snipped your post but where did you find the Old Jamaica chocolate. OOOH I'm soooo excited. That's my ALL TIME FAVOURITE and I've been looking for them for years tooo. Please tell me they've started making them again.0 -

Morning all, and happy valentines day to those that are with someone AND celebrate it.
Well food today will be bad! Gonna make a sausage sarnie for brunch in a bit, but then i guess as thats in place of both breakfast and lunch its balanced out. However tonights popcorn and dominos pizza will not be! Though the pizza will be spread between dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow, so not a whole pizza in one go but still! Apart from the popcorn all snacks between now and tuesday will only be fruit, am out of yoghurts etc and not buying anything else as im off to london for the week on tuesday. So lots of pears and kiwis it is!
Right, on with work so I can relax and feel like ive earned my cinema night off tonight! Have a good one all!0 -
Having the worst weekend diet wise!
Working ridiculous hours and surving on 1-2 hours sleep a night!
So the cravings for stodge and sugar are high!!
Ate half a packet of hobnobs with a packet beef crisps!
Urgh.Turn £100.00 into £1000.00
Decided to start off with things in house, as i have no money!
Currently £38.70/£1000 :T

Just had pancakes for lunch. Used skimmed milk and they turned out lovely. Filled them with lemon juice and sugar rather than choc spread. Nice piece of venison for tonight.0

Blimey FFM it's dropping off you! Get some pies down you this week for goodness sake!
;) Good to hear you're still enjoying the horse riding
.
Sary I find it's not just layering up that's needed, but accessories like under helmet hat, thick thermal socks, thick gloves plus glove liners & glove warmers etc. I wear loads and I still get cold, but as Bails once said to me we live in the UK and that's how it is with the weather - let's not let it stop us going out! At the end of the winter when things are reduced, I'm hoping to stock up on a few more bits and pieces for next winter, to see if I can make things a little more comfortable still. Fingers crossed for warmer weather soon anyway
.
I'm slightly over my 10% deficit calorie allowance this week but not over my 'maintain' level so hopefully won't gain. Exercise totals 28.1km running (included a half marathon PB on Tuesday and also now met my 6 month challenge, see sig), 57.7km cycling plus diving lesson. I've had yesterday and today off exercise, back to normal from tomorrow!
Hope everyone's OK, good luck for sticking to plan next week!0 -
hello all!
didbr report in yesterday as i was stying with a friend in the city. we were having an alternative valentines celebration. 3 girls, LOTS of food, girly chat, lota of cava and 3 in a bed!! just like a proper sleep over
so yesterday food wise: it was generally ok, we tried to keep the main meals fairly SW, but did have LOTS of cheese and alot of choc and a massive chocolate cake. so im estimating around 50 syns, yes thats right 50 syns. i have been saving a few up over the last few days. maybe around 40. so im about 10 over......
today: also not great, its my flatmates birthday si ive already hade plenty of cake!! AND its my TOTM so i def dont think im going to be reporitng a loss this week!!!:o
oh well, i still have 3 days until my wiegh in, you never know!!!
so food:
B/L - beans, 2x quorn sausages, toast (HEB), tea + milk (HEA)
D - quorn chilli and Jacket potato, cheese (HEA)
snacks/drinks/extras - birthday cake. estimates - 20 syns :eek::eek::eek:
so now thats all out of the way, im straight back on it!! just the though of more cake makes me want to.............actually scrap that thought...there's always room for cake.....
have a HAPPY VALENTINES DAY xxxshift the bulge! - 54lb lost so far :j .....alot more to go......:eek:0 -
