    big well dones to:
victory, olli, eric, dmv, hezza,LL, vixstar and beanie - there is nothing wee about 3lbs Ms Beanielou, unless you were talking literally about losing that much wee:D
kpc - great stuff with sts and getting balance/control thing inplace. Go you.
MC -some great exercise you are doing and a superperb oh so nearly 11lb gone ince last summer:T
Eric - stick with us long term and see how you do over the next 6 months/year. 'Small' losses do add up and stay off longer. Some of us here have been around for several years, thgough loss, plateaux, regai and back to losing. It does pay to stay around.

-1lb for me please fred, after 2 days back on sw. Haven't been quite so focussed today as migraine & drugs to clear it have given me both the munchies and nausea, but still doing better than pre 'focus, focus, focus'.

I've been in touch with bails in tibet and she is having a fantastic time and very happy. She is very rarely able to communicate with the outside world but her quick exchange was beaming with bails energy and happiness
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

No, not job hunting hoping it will settle down once they get used to me and me them, they all have been working together between 5 and 30 years and me a few months so it is an adjustment for them and me coming into their lair is proving a hard nut to crack:D

Lair is the right word, Victory. There's something animal-ish about the palce you're working.

These people seem to have no idea about being in a supervisory or managerial position. I can understand why you don't want to look for work - but ifsomething caught your eye in the local paper I really think you should consider it. You are being so tolerant and they are SO hopeless.

PS still trying to get some advice from the pms you sent about your DS. So far we're all stumped too.
