Hope everyone's alright this morning! Reading through your comments whilst on a coffee break is pretty encouraging - then I remember I'm drinking coffee, and maybe that's not so good - but then I think about the bright side and that is that I haven't snacked since breakfast, but then I remember that I should be eating at intervals and wonder whether I should hunt down some fruit!
Life's full of ups and downs - I suffer from depression myself, but whatever - it's good to have a support system, and the people here are so nice~!
ALSO, Reporting a loss of 1lb again!
I'm really pleased with myself! As long as I keep losing, I guess all the little bits help!0 -
Eric Don't beat yourself up 4.2 loss is great. Hope you get everything else sorted.
Victory I thought that the girl on the biggest loser threw the way-in not realising she would lose her immunity? Thanks for looking at my blog too x
Banana Hope you ankle is better soon
Well done to all STSers and Losers. :j0 -
Morning all!
Am ecstatic to report a 2lb loss please! First bit of the christmas weight gain gone, another 3lbs to go. Not quite sure how it has happened, except I have only had 1 roll and no other bread, but thats quite normal for me as its one of the few things i "kept on top off" even when i let things go. However, i did go out for an indian so am truly baffled! That said I had a prawn biriyani (however its spelt...) which is dry with a veg curry on the side and no extras, so far better than the creamy currys with keema rice that i wanted!
VICTORY - keep it up hun.Its still in the right direction and you really are an inspiration. Theres a few people who keep me inspired and coming back on here through not only weight loss success but also how you give a part of yourselves to the forum and have been so nice to me when ive been down. Oh and if you hadnt guessed you are one of those people
Right horrible essay nowhere near finished and due in on monday...yep i better get going! Good luck everyone xxx0 -
STS this week, 75.4 kg same as last Wednesday.
I was ecstatic on Monday though, I'd got to 74.8 kg. That meant I'd lost 5 kg or 11 pounds since July.
Have just got the DVD 'Leanne's Chair Workout' so will give it a go. Am learning to swim, getting more confidence week by week, and aqua-aerobics Mondays is good.

Happy to finally report a loss (first time this year) -2LB
Am matching dmv for results - ditto with the xmas gain and struggle to get rid! Getting my head back around my diet principles and getting back into a regular exercise routine is starting to pay off. Just got to keep it up now
victory - so you're being asked to increase your hours eh? you can't be all that bad at the job then can you???!!!;) Go girl!!

PEPPOP - sorry for yummy food talk! If it helps im going to force myself to eat soup in a minute as opposed to something more exciting! Dont get me wrong its not horrible soup, but i never really "fancy" it.
Essay is going ok, nearly at my required daily word count (have mini goals for each day) but gonna do over it because im very soon going to run out of things to say and then struggle on the following days so want as much out of the way as possible.
Urgh not feeling too well either lol. But yes...yay us who are finally starting to get back into it/continuing to do well/keeping at it despite a bad week x0 -
Eric - 4lbs is fantastic, and its sustainable. Loosing 10lbs a week or whatever looks cool but it just piles back on, and can be due to muscle loss - the most important muscle is your heart - the last thing you want is to stress it out by thinning out the walls! Look around you, as far as I can see you've done the best of anyone on here this week, so keep it up! A gastric band is not a guaranteed solution, and can lead to issues such as ulcers and associated post-surgery complications.
STS for me. First time since the new year I haven't lost, but its my TOTM and had my 25th birthday on Monday, and my dads 50th on Thursday so not an overly diety week. Plus I was signed off for another month today with my knee waiting on the MRI, doctor told me I seemed to be pushing it and to stop that - I don't know how long I can cope with being sedentary before I crack, I'm daydreaming about yoga and swimming pools!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Thanks for all the lovely comment re job hours, you know I never thought of it as confidence booster or that I must be doing something right I just thought that they know no one else would take the silly hours they give out so they asked me, better to bring it back to the positive me thinks:D
pep no nicola came back to the biggest looser having lost 87lb on her own at home, they chose to bring her back and when she had been there a week she had gained 5lb:eek: she fell below the yellow line and was eliminated, Ron stayed:D It amazes me how handsome his son his Mike now he has lost 114lb he looks like a youthful happy teenager should look:D
hezza:j:j:j did you ever hear about your job?
To all the loosers:jSTS:j:j and to the gainers keep going, it will come off it is unbelievably unfeesable to loose every single week without fail, it will come off0
