Ok u guys are gonna be mega proud of me. Took my fat A$$ from computer chair and just done an hour of aqua aerobics followed by a few lengths of the pool. AND I was at work today

Feel fatter this week believe it or not, even though I've not been too bad on food/drink front. But that's probably my lazy week on holiday catching up with me :D But I really don't care, it was sooooooooooooooo nice to sit at home doing nothing for a while!

Pep: I used to be like that too. Now I'm older and more selfish :D Don't get me wrong if my mam says jump, I ask how high, thankfully she only asks when she's really desperate and I do what I can when I can. Like her laundry, or a wee bit of housework for her when I'm over. It wasn't always like that, but she's got a better care package these days. Everyone else, I will help out only if/when I can. I refuse now to give up my little free time for them!

Vix- {{{hugz}}} My daughter was like that. Blew hot and cold since she was 11. By the time she got to the age of 14, I could quite happily have strangled her. Doctor put her on the pill to settle things down, but like most girl's that age, she forgot to take it most of the time. She then went onto depo injection and never looked back. She's a lovely lass 99% of the time now and feels much better about herself. Although she had to stop the depo in favour of the implants now instead. And vix, he's MEGAHOT! imho anyhoo :D

Hezza - You are naughty, but I like you :D

Victory - Yes for someone who wasn't doing too well, the extra hours surely are a boost to your confidence. Well done. They wouldn't have given you the hours if they didn't think you were up to it! You show em!!

My gory details will stay secret, I will however let u all know how it went. Apart from hezza, check your pm's on sunday! :p

Did you enjoy the aqua-aerobics Mazza? I used to go and caused plenty of amusement when, during an exercise with floats on my ankles, I tipped upside down and couldn't right myself - no real danger of drowning but embarassing finding everytime I had a go at righting myself the rest of the group were busy laughing at me (didn't help that I also saw the funny side at the time).

Well planned exercise hasn't happened so far this week as it feels as though somebody has kicked me in the hips and backside, although I am finding that walking helps. And I seem to have loads of work on and not enough time to do it.

Vixstar I did enjoy it, however I now feel like i've been kicked in the backside too :rotfl:Didn't think it would kick in until tomorrow but by heck it has. The problem I had was the boobs. Sat facing a bunch of guys using the sauna and jacuzzi. Let's just say they were getting a good eyeful  Really must get a better swimsuit if i plan on continuing lol. I found the exercise was pretty good, but my balance is terrible, felt myself about to fall over several times, but it was a good laugh.

STS for me too. As suspected lazy cowitis has played a part.

Good luck Eric - you must have enormous determination, I hope you can transfer that to your approach to losing weight. If you can - send some over my way please.

    Many thanks,

I can be bloody minded at times plus with my system I can (and have) totally removed all cravings for chocolate, cheese (the love of my life), sweet things etc especially after you have eaten a meal which helps alot

However being BiPolar thinks can quickly go tits up ...

i lost 4.2 this week, which was very disappointing with the scale of the issue, maybe i should have gone for the gastric bypass :( Probably not helped by the extra tax bill and that my car goes back soon and there's nothing in the pot to replace it with (or pay the tax bill :p) and for work there is no option but to drive...

It is official 0.5lb lost this week for me please no comment;) feb 14th is looking like a distant unobtainable dead line, even though it is a lot better than being on the biggest looser with nutritionalists, weight trainers, p.e help, every single medical help everything you could ever ask for and what happens to one contestant? A gain of 5 lb:eek:

Hi Fred, Can you put me down for -1/4lb please. A bit rubbish but a loss is a loss (down to 11s 4 1/2lbs). I'll catch up properly later.

  • I'm in for a STS this week please. Not a great start to my new challenge, but considering I did my ankle on Sunday and haven't been able to walk (almost) properly 'til this morning I'm fairly happy. Just hope it heals up sharpish!

Congrats to all other Losers and STSers. :j Looks like some good losses coming in this week.
