LOL at pebbles' poor wee Thumper. I did actually think about getting an Eeyore tattoo at one point, but thought better to keep that for the young uns :p But promised myself I would get an angel and a devil to represent my daughter and son.. This killed 2 birds with one stone, although I haven't told u them in right order :o

BB my niece has some lovely ones on her neck that are quite unusual and ornate, but not for me. Love them on others tho. Totally agree with you on the new year thing. I just can't get motivated to do anything. And I mean anything. Just woke up from my afternoon nap at 6pm. Sleeping pattern has gone out the window since new year, therefore the food plan has too.

BB you are so right about the new year being at the wrong time. I always feel much more motivated in September (school terms and all that) or around the end of March. But I'll be the size of a bus by then. (Granny goes off to look for her motivation, muttering 'I know had it somewhere .... ')

(but sometimes i do see a woman in a bikini and think, wish i looked like that and then i want to loose weight again!)

The magic answer according to all the diet people/shows/books is you, yourself, find the inner strength to bring out the outer beauty;) or translated into english, do it for you, for yourself, be true to yourself, find the determination, motivation yourself and you shall succeed:D oh lordy how easy to write:rolleyes:

Thanks all for the welcome back!!

BB time definitely flies by, I think it will be easier for me to be more focussed now that I am working 9-5, so I just gotta make sure I bring in a nice healthy lunch and plan my dinners in advance, there are no vending machines in my workplace so as long as the others don't bring too many goodies in I should be ok for the majority of the day, I guess it will be in the evenings that I will be most tested!

vix at the end of the day, how you feel is really important and a size 12 is cool....so just take it at a pace that is good for you! It is true that we gotta work on the inside first!!

My current issue is the problem of exercise, with it being so cold, I can't face too much walking. jogging etc, so I might invest in a cheap DVD work out (although I never can get through the first stage of my Pump it Up one) can anyone suggest a cheap and cheerful workout DVD that can get my pulse racing.:j?
