Sarymclary, I'm guessing that if you don't already have a lot of the ingredients this is an expensive soup. We eat alot of stir frys so I already had all of the sauces and miso soup.

The brand name of the "armpit" fish sauce I use is BART authentic thai fish sauce. I get mine from tescos.

Victory it's on Sky Real Lives at 9pm (you can watch the last one on Real Lives 2 at 7pm) It's at week 5 already cos they were showing 2 a night last week although you've not really missed much.

If it is made with prawns 4.5 points is quite a lot for a soup, where are the high pointage coming from? The noodles?

Cool tat Mazza - I thought you had got one done on each leg. I didn't realise it was the same one - very cool. I have a teeny weeny pitiful one (will get another one oneday) but OH has two half sleeves - very painful but very gorgeous. :cool:

Apologies should have read 3.5 per portion .........and yes the majority of this is for the noodles.

Here's how I broke the ingredients down with weight watchers recipe builder:
Chicken stock - 0
Hoisin sauce - 1
oyster sauce - 0.5
fish sauce - 0
300 g king prawns - 3.5
miso soup - 1
rice noodles - 9.5
vegetables all 0
As there was not exact calculations for sauces and miso soup took a bit of a guess from info given!!!
Total points -15.5 divided by 4 =approx 3.5 points.(well 3.85 so probably should be 4!!!!!!!)
It comes to approx 4.5 with chicken substituted for prawns.

Hope this makes sense.

Pep sleeves are gorgeous!!!! My latest has a variety of tattoos he's had over the years and is about to get one full sleeve. Can't wait to see him cringe as he was laughing at me getting mine done.

My other is a little titchy one too, but it was an impulse after leaving the x, I wasn't allowed to have a tattoo or any piercings and I was too naive to see the controlling nature. First thing I done when I got rid was get a tattoo and my eyebrow pierced. Well the eyebrow ring has gone and the "peace" tattoo is becoming faded. Would like it covered with something a bit bigger, but haven't seen anything I like (yet)

Any chance of persuading ure OH to flash his sleeves for me

Ooh I got my teeny one and my belly button pierced and like you the piercing has gone but the tattoo is still there and shabby. I would really like a back piece but way too chicken - something like a Japanese painting (cherry blossom trees etc.) but no courage or idea of what exactly I want. Appart from that OH and I have still to tie the knot and don't really want my tattoos stealing the show from my wedding dress.
As for OH sleeves - he will get them out at any opportunity . I'll have a look and see if I can find any decent pics and get back to you.
