Creeps, sees skints is skinting on their sleep. Is this a target for all of us now. It's Satdi. No up early, leave the worms for the birds.
5 I garner that the visit, thou whom face does not fit shall not take the shillings, at least in olden times, the cap could have been uplifted for some grace.
4 Bins on toast for Brekkies, would had got sausages as well, but none in can.
3 Is Satdi and freeeeeeeeee yippee. Blooming rain. Hope cat gets his water wings tight.
2 Got a day out, going to be mudddddddddddddddddy. Not back till skint gets up. Enjoy your weekend.
1 When he comes amongst us, some will refuse to admit they are here. They try every trick of conceit to conjur up the box they wish to tick. Who does pick up their waste. Nice to pass with colours pinned to the mast, but outside the playground, those calls are not heard.
Rite, nice buttered crumpets and raspberry jam.
Stop Post. Big Day. Ms Sonny has butterflies. They are, apparently, tingling her. Wish it was hares on back, I could rub that.I hvae nt snept th lst fw mntes writg ths post fr yu t cme alng hre nd agre wth m!
Cheers! :beer::beer::beer::beer::beer:0 -

Skint- sounds as if you might be planning to ride a bit of work again???? (weight loss OS) another one for the "Women with Sharp Edges" club
PK - what a cheek ! re the blooming rtc snatcher - don't feel guilty about the amount you had they would have only chucked it out . Its the modern version of "hunter gathering" I reckon xx I would have said "do want my front door keys as well love ?" but then I am a sarcastic Beatch ,you sound far nicer:AToo fat to be Felicity Kendal , but aim for a bit more of the good life :A0 -
Blooming internet, just lost my post! To recap:
1.RTC goodies for lunch.
2.Friends from Sydney came for lunch. I miss cooking for friends so had a nice time cooking this morning.
3.They came bearing gifts of flowers: 1 orchid dispay & then a bouquet of red roses and and jonquils on behalf of another friend in UK.
4.Snoooooooze on sofa after they left.
5.Finished a book , whodunnit.....would never of thought it was who did it!
6.Chip butty for tea.
7.Nice chats with mum, sister and best friend from home.
8.Sunny day, was all frosty this morning but lovely to have a blue sky rather than a grey one. Still bloomin' chilly though!
I'm staying out OH's way as I have came down with lurgy that has felled 4 colleagues this week, so don't want to pass on my germs! Although have probably already unwittingly done so
Have a lovely weekend as I cough and splutter my way to bed0 -

1. Not only is it dry today, but it's warm enough not to need a jacket when outside.
2. Was very clever with the shopping and won't need to step inside a supermarket for another week
3. Remembered to set my breadmaker timer last night and woke up to a very delicious smell this morning
4. Did all my tidying and washing during the week so have a proper day off today.
5. Knitting and copious amounts of tea. Not a bad way to spend a Saturday afternoon.0 -
1. It's sunny
2. I discovered our local community allotment plot
3. Got a bag of strawberries for helping out
4. going to bake a pear upside down cake later
5. I have rediscovered naps.0 -
Evening all.
1) A long lie-in this morning - I kept waking up, hearing the rain pounding on the windows, and going back to sleep.
2) My French bean plants have weeny beans on them.
3) My favourite dahlia has its first flower of the year - it a variety called Moonshine (pic here, if the link works) which was a refugee from my DP's garden as they're not nearly as keen on dahlias as I am.
4) Watched the women's tennis final, and it was a much better match than it look like it was going to be at the end of the first set. After spending much of my life living not far from Wimbledon, it's still strange for me to watch Centre Court in sunshine while the rain's bucketing down outside my door. :undecided
5) Treated myself to a nice new jumper in an online sale: I've had my eye on it since I first saw it, and reckon a 50% discount, plus cashback, is about as good a price as I'm likely to get.
Have a nice evening, all, and let's all hope the rain stops soon!Back after a very long break!0 -
Good evening all!
mhagster ((hugs)) I hope that you feel better soon .
5 for today
1. Couldn't wake up this morning due to needing to take an antihistamine as I have been bitten/stung on my heel , which has spread to ankles etc. Boy they are lethal !
2. Sad but true - watching back to back episodes of The Waltons as I want to live on that mountain in that house without the Waltons in it of course (except John Boy maybe)!
3. OH caught a huge crab and has cooked it and will dress it for my stubborn sister, as its her favourite food.
4.Fell asleep for most of the afternoon due to the antihistamine , woke up from a weird dream to hear the rain pounding on a tin tray outside , so got washing in just in time.
5.Registered on a Jewish ancestry site to check out my roots!I feel a sense of trepidation about this.
6. Mushroom and courgette omelette for tea , with eggs from my lot and a courgette from the garden.
7. Forrest hens eggs are so large that I cannot close the lid on any egg box I put them in .Weird for such a skinny bird .
8. About to watch Fantastic Mr. Fox- the only place I wish to see one is on TV !
Have a good evening all!:AToo fat to be Felicity Kendal , but aim for a bit more of the good life :A0 -

Yesterday and today's goodies....
1. DD and I went out for a sleepover last night
2. Took DD to a DIY class this morning and she made a fabulous wooden box
3. The lovely man teaching the children how to hammer and drill gave us another set of bits of wood so that DD can make another one for her granny for ChristmasWhat a lovely man!
4. Yummy lunch in the Swedish shop but didn't buy anything as the bookcases I wanted were far too heavy for a Kittikins and a little kitty to carry, so a pleasure that we didn't spent a fortune!
5. Lovely wine last night, but not too much!
6. Kitty finished her market research this afternoon and we earned £30, yippee!! Going to make it last as long as possible
7. Friend gave us a pot of mushrooms as someone who was staying with them had bought them and not used them, and noone else in the house likes them, so rather than throw away, we benefited
8. Made lovely risotto for dinner tonight using some of the mushrooms, nomnomnom
9. DD's jumper is coming along, slowly but surely....might do another couple of rows before bedtime
10. Going to have a very early night as I'm exhausted and my leg hurts today
11. We treated ourselves to a Saturday paper so will have fun doing the crossword tomorrow0
