I think Sunday is the worst day of the Year? I hate the clocks going back?

I am absolutely dreading it. I have one year old triplets and it really mucks up their routine when the clocks change and takes weeks to get back to normal. I am bracing myself for a 5.00am wake up call starting on Sunday.0

Dreading it too.
It mucks up all the animals, including the dog I have staying with me at the moment; it mucks up my routine with time-critical medication, and imho it's not necessary in this day and age.
The only time worse is spring, when the blasted clocks go forward. After all, you can get up an hour "early" if you want in the autumn, but in the spring, when the clocks go forward, that hour is taken off you whether you like it or not.If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -

I hadn't even thought of the impact on DD's waking up time. 6am on Sunday morn does not impress me. I'm hardly impressed when she gets up at 7am on a weekend

I'm confused - when people mention getting up earlier why is it such a problem? You've all had the same amount of sleep as normal.
Adjust your childs/medication/routine by 15 mins on Friday through to Monday and you'll be ok.0
