I find it disgusting that Vista Print should be allowed to take money illegally from tens of thousands of people worldwide and to get away with it.

I haven't posted on this forum for a long time and I thought I should remind anyone who want to know that I have set up a specially designed forum which has a 110% genuine solution to getting your money back.

    http://vistaprintscam.freeforums.org/

The forum is free and is not spam and DOES actually have a genuine solution which has worked for many people.

Please come along and register free and find out how to get your hard earned money back.

    Thankyou
    Norrie

no offence, but you'll probably find a lot more people frequent this site that are in the 'know' when it comes to consumer legislation, than the site you have created.
There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.
  • No offence taken :-) I have several people registered to my forum but what makes me happy is that I, unlike hundreds of others, have a genuine solution to this everlasting horrible problem and it satisfies me hugely that a lot of people that have tried my solution have been successful.

It doesn't matter to me that this forum is more popular. What matters to me is that people are getting their hard earned money back from Vista Print Rewards.

    Thankyou

Ok, just there's a long thread about this very subject with lots of info and suggestions. Wasn't meaning to belittle you, was just hoping to point you in a direction of advice etc :)

  • It's fine honestly :-) I just have a massive aim to help as many people as possible and if it means helping one or two people then that makes me happy.

You are welcome to join the forum if you wish :-p

    Thankyou
    Take care

  • I have similar story to everyone else, inadvertantly I was signed up to their rewards scheme and it was not until 18 months had passed I noticed this charge being made on my joint credit card with my hubby (a lesson learnt there I can tell you) Anyhow very very long story short I hounded VP rewards and Vista print and eventually I have been re-embursed the £157.25!!
Call VP rewards on 0845 672 2002, make it known that you feel it is unethical to sign people up to this rewards scheme as it is done in a very underhand way. Tell them there is a forum like this which will hopefully warn people of the danger of this sort of thing. Then call Vistaprint themselves on 0800 028 8251 tell them the same and that you want a refund. I spoke to a lady called Sharifa who was very helpful. Ask them for proof of the initial email that was sent to you telling you how to cancel yourself from the scheme. I told them I archive all my emails for 5 years and I have had no such email and unless they could prove it they were on very dodgy ground. I think if you persist you will get your money back - but its a hassle!!! Good luck all

Not sure if this has been mentioned by someone else (I dont have time to read 29 pages of posts!).

But this is probably not vista print who own the scheme. I was contacted by one of these rewards schemes at work. They asked me if I would like to add one of these automatic reward schemes to all our websites. They would then pay us a kickback for every customer that didnt untick the tick box on our page. They wanted us to automatically pass on the customers bank details to them so they could start charging their card.

I told them where they could go and stick their scheme because while it is legal (if you inform the customer), it is going to destroy customer relations through the sheer number of complaints we would have got. Plus it is not ethical, nor is it in our customers interests.

So, it is probably not their scheme - BUT they do want a seriously HUGE slap for signing up to betray their customers. And at the end of the day they will lose customers as a result of this and other bad publicity.
  • Has anyone experienced this happening lately? Looks like all of these post are either from 2006/07 or people who noticed this happening years later.

Just ordered a few things yesterday and thought it was a great bargain! Looking at this thread it could cost me more than I agreed to.
    Should I worry?
    Thx
  • Same for me:

Rang them up. Got instant message that my account is cancelled and money coming back

    Very annoyed with VistaPrint.
  • Could someone please advise. I have just realised that I have been paying clubprem.com. I used Vista Print once on the date of 19/12/07. I know I should have seen this earlier but I just assumed it was a Direct debit for some insurance. I have noticed it's been taken from my debit card.

I have tried ringing the number provided in this thread for Vista Print but it is not recognised. Can anyone help please?
    Thank you.
