This company are scamming it would appear on an ad hoc basis as some people seem to no get hit.
When challenged they refund up to six months payments to CLUB PREM . They agree to refund the rest but unfortunately they can not trace your account (really) I am preparing to invest a further £25 and issue County Court proceedings on line because after being reasonable for three months it became obvious I was getting the run around to nowhere. They have an office in this country if I succeed I will instruct Bailiffs to seize goods to the amount due plus costs.
I never signed up for any services with them they can supply no proof what so ever that I did .There are hundreds of complaints (Google it and see)
The first few emails are dealt with on a reasonable basis but eventually you get one with a few miscellaneous characters in a group of four them two I wonder what that means

Deal with this company at your peril They grab your IP address when you go onto the site check their own Terms and Conditions

They have taken over £620 from me - can you please, please give me some advice and let me know how you are getting on - many, many thanks
  • this is not a good company I think.
  • I feel really sorry for you . vprewards took money from my account a couple of years ago ,I managed to get it back with the help of info on this forum,
I requested no more e mails from them but have noticed just recently they have started to e mail me again with the offer of free tshirts , there is no mention of vistaprint until you read the email ,, It looks like a new round of money making scams are about to start form them
  • This is terrible. They are naughty for behaving like this.
  • I feel i've been ripped off  i am going to be ringing them monday morning as i have just realised that there has been direct debits being taken out of my account, with out me agreeing.i am very ANNOYED!!! :(

I've had three lots of business cards from Vistaprint, two for me and one for a friend in Denmark and have never had a problem with them. One set of cards didn't include the free card holder, but when I contacted them I got a prompt apology and a holder came in the post a few days later. You do get an inordinate amount of e-mailed offers from them but I ignore these.
  • i first started using vistaprint in 2005 when i became a childminder. for the first few months all i paid for was what i had ordered...great you maight think...not at all because after those first few months both vp rewards AND clubprem were taking £9.95 a month out of my bank account! i contacted clubprem and was given a full refund of all the money they had taken and cancelled my account also vprewards stopped taking money from me, however i have only just noticed that for at least the last 6 months vprewards has started to take money from my account again only this time it has gone ip from the £9.95 to £11.95!! I have tried to look for a contact number on their website but cannot find one. the numbers given on here are no longer in use. i have alos used the 'cancel my subscription' button on the site but have as yet had no feedback from them. does anybody have a recent number with which i could contact these people on as i really dont want them taking anymore of my hard earned money withut my permission!!
  • They are now operating as Rewards first. My wife signed up for a hotel with lastminute.com and a day later £14.95 was taken out of our vista debit card account for this company,it appears it is an ongoing monthly payment.
  • Just noticed the VP rewards charge after two years of monthly charges. Sounds odd not to check but my personal circumstances have changed and I check my finances in detail now where as before I did not bother so much.

On checking the payments they were charged against my debit card if the funds were not there on the given day they would keep trying until they were so the payments have appeared all over the place in various months.

The so called subscription is now cancelled and on calling them they do not hold proof of any type of agreement I entered into. They offered to send me a copy of their current terms and conditions.

I am writing to them with a complaint as the supposed offer emails have also been going to an email address that ended over two years ago but they stated that was my fault and responsibility even though they would have bounced back to them.

I have used them for business cards and they were very good it is a shame they are doing this to suplement their stationary discounts as I couldnt fault the cards ordered.

I will let you all know how I get on.:T
