• Hi don't worry this happened to me too i had 13 withdrawals from my account from June last year till now July!! All you need to do is telephone them and explain that you did not join their reward group and they will happily refund and cancel your membership just remember to keep calm and remember it is not the fault of the person on the other end of the phone!! Here's the number you need to ring 0800 028 825 i phoned on Monday last week and had been refunded by thursday of the same week!

I've had the free (well plus a small and reasonable handling charge) business cards from Vista Print on a couple of occasions, and also some address labels.
I've never had any issues and the product is good.
But I will be double sure to check the small print next time I go there.

Last night I went onto on line banking for the first time its not my main bank but I used this card for the Vista Print over maybe 2 years ago!!!!!! I noticed 2 payment each month going out of £9.95 one to the vprewards and one to the clubprem not sure how long this has gone on for but so far I have traced it back to Jan 2009:mad:

I have been to my bank who have canceled my card and my bank account:rolleyes:.

I will try that phoine number that someone has posted and see what I can do.

They can no longer refund me into my account as it no longer stands so not site what they will do.

I am not sure why this has happend as I have never asked for this money to go out my bank!!!!!!!

• I have now been in touch with vprewards using the 08000288251option 4 number after trying some of the other numbers posted. I spoke to lady who was quite insistent that I must have clicked the popup box to accept the rewards screen. After insisting that I had not knowingly done anything to accept this scheme she then started to tell me that a lot people click anywhere to get out of the screen and click to accept without knowing (yea right LOL). I also cancelled my subscription at the same time! Because I have had a few magazine subscriptions on my card I didn’t realise that this was for this service, thinking they were for one of the other subscriptions. I was being charged £13.95 with my last payment going up to £15.95 per month. Some payments have shown up as Vprewards and a few have shown up as Wards on my statements. They have agreed to refund my account from the first payment on 5th July 2006 – 4th July 2009 £669! They have told me that I should see the refund in the next 1 -2 billing cycles. I now wait with bated breath and will post back to let you know how I got on.

Hello, I’m Jeff Esposito, an employee in VistaPrint’s public relations group, and I saw your blog entry on our rewards program and wanted to reply. On behalf of VistaPrint I am sorry you feel you’ve had a negative experience with our rewards program. VistaPrint believes that the vast majority of our customers who sign up for the program really enjoy the benefits, but if you are not happy, please click here or copy this link into your browser window http://www.vistaprint.co.uk/vp/ns/customer_care/partnercancellation.aspx. After filling out the form, we’d be happy to process a full cancellation and refund.

Jeff Esposito

We took your advice and completed this form, and followed it up with an e-mail. We received a response acknowledging cancellation and that our money would be refunded, and indeed some amounts were refunded. But then we received an e-mail saying that the remainder would not be refunded as it had been made perfectly clear to us, even though this forum and many others show that we're not alone in feeling that it (putting it diplomatically) had not been made clear. We've subsequently contacted the call centre 0800 number twice, and both times we have been told that they will instruct (not ask, but "instruct") VPRewards to refund the remainder, but we still have not received it.

So your promise appears to be a hollow one in our case because although some have received their money back, we have not despite pursuing this on more than one occasion.
