URGENT ADVICE PLEASE..is this illegal....

I have also been conned by Vistaprint and whats more they have been taking out two subscriptions for the same thing with different names.
I had to cancel my credit card. i have had another offer from them today and replied asking to be removed from their mailing list. i hope this doesn't mean that I will be getting another membership! I am in toucvh with trading standards and have written to the directors asking for a refund.

Albaz I can appreciate your frustration it was the same with me. I also had 2 payments coming off my bank a month, the Abbey National dispute team could only refund me up to 4 months worth. Do not write to the directors as you will be wasting your time completely. If you need more advice please e-mail me and I shall direct you to my Vista Print forum which has the genuine solution, that I have used and works. Oh you must change your bank card that they have been debiting from today to stop the payments immediately. They eventually go up by a couple of pounds !

I think you should check your paypal statements. I have been using vista print a good few times. They only do it occasionally not on every order. They tell me a clicked a banner which I never, ever do and twice!!!

Same here. Go through the vista print site and send an email on the form they will reply automatically and then give you an answer fairly quickly but probably not the one you want. Also if you haven't already done so cancel your card and get a new one.

Grrr... ordered some wedding stationery in nov 07 and have just realised they've been taking money every since. £200 they've had!

Can anyone tell me if they've been successful in getting more than a months money back?

Straight away she offered to credit me back with 2 months and said that was the best she could do.

I told her I had read countless forums where people were saying the exact same thing as me and that they had all been give a full refund so I wanted to know why I wasn't being offered the same. She said it was the best she could do but could I hold. Of course I said yes!

She put me on hold for hardly any time at all then came back and said I would see a full refund on my credit card in 10 working days!!! :T

Good luck to everyone else and remember to let them know of the different forums of people who have had a full refund
