Hi we too had the problem for a year before we noticed it.However we telephoned 0845 6722002 and spoke to Natalie Kulka, she could not authorise anything except to cancel the so called subscription,so do that first, then gave us this address: Charlie Sharp, Customer Services rep, Adaptive Infinnity Ltd, Wistera Ground Floor,Cavendish House, Burnt Oak Broadway,Edgeware, Middx,HA8 5AW.
Write to him with the cancellation code number that Natalie gave you and tell him you want a full refund. We only got 6 months back but hey, Live and Learn.
Hope this helps everyone0 -

Well I needed to order some business cards and letterhead and only used Vistaprint because they were cheap. I was careful to ensure that I didn't subscribe to anything on their website when I placed my order.
I have been bombarded with Vista sales spam which I just delete but today I received an email from something called Premier Club and how they were going to charge me £9.65 for membership. I tried ringing the stupid number suggested on their website but you had to enter this, wait for that and in the end I got fed up so I tried a different number that took me straight to their membership department:j
I had to speak to a indian lady with heavily accented english which was difficult to understand and she told me that I had subscribed, I pointed out that I never subscribe to clubs especially ones that I will never use. I demanded that my membership be cancelled immediately because they had fraudulently subscribed me to their Premier Club. I really was quite cross and felt that I was being conned, I told her to make a note and to pass it to her employers that I will never use Vistaprint again because I would prefer to use a more professional organisation that is not in the habit of obtaining money by deception which in the UK is an illegal activity.
The woman then assured me that my membership had been cancelled - if it hasn't been then I shall not only be contacting my bank but also the police and trading standards.
All I can say is the box and mention of Premier Club/VP Rewards must have been extremely small.0 -

Got refund amd cancelled membership !!!
This is what worked for me.
1 Phoned Prem.com club on 0845 026 1100 and cancelled my membership. However it appears they can not / will not process a refund !!!
Waited 24 hours then phoned Vista Print on 001 888 2436185. Firstly asked them to check and confirm my membership had been cancelled. They confirm YES. Then I asked for a refund stating I was unaware that I had joined any club. They said OK will take 24 hours to process. The operator give me their ID number for a reference.
Just checked with my credit company 48 hours later and they confirm credit received for prem.com.
So the above worked for me I was very polite when talking to Vista Print !
Best of luck and hope it works.
Kind regards Mike0 -
I was also scammed for the first time by this, I remember filling in the customer satisfaction survey as I was so pleased with the service. I had our wedding invites printed, the price and service was excellent. This is what appeared on my statement for £9.95:

I have cancelled the membership, but cannot get the £9.95 back.
I was going to have out thank you cards printed by Vista Print, I won't now!0 -

Dear
Thank you for ordering from VistaPrint, the online solution for "Best Printing. Best Price."
We have received your inquiry about a charge on your credit card. We will be more than happy to research this issue for you.
We have reviewed your account and found a membership program called Club Prem that was accepted when you place an order with us. Please note that VistaPrint partners with several other companies who offer products and services to our customers via Special Offers and promotions on our website.
One such offer is the $10.00 cash back coupon towards your next VistaPrint purchase. You may have clicked through one of these offers after placing an order with VistaPrint. We have contacted VP Rewards and requested that they close out any accounts that may have been established in your name and billed to your credit card.
You will receive a confirmation via email after your membership has been canceled. The refund will appear in one of your next two bank statements depending on your bank's billing cycle.
Once again, please accept our apologies for any and all inconvenience you may have experienced.
Please feel free to contact VistaPrint if you need additional assistance.
Thank you for choosing VistaPrint. We strive to meet your printing needs.
Sincerely,
Mario Miller

my partner has also been scammed by vista print. he has tried to stop payments from alliance & leicester but they refused to help. just found out he has been paying £11.95 to vp rewards and another £11.95 to prem.com (originally £9.95). he contacted bank last nite after viewing this forum and told them it was a scam. they have stopped payments immediately (why they couldnt do it in first place i dont know). He has now emailed vp and asked for a refund (about £300). lets wait and see what happens. he will contact police and trading standards. He has been a customer of vista print for a long time but was unaware what was going on, so needless to say will find a local printer for his needs.0
