This is well beyond a joke, and this company needs busting. Think about it...how many people we DONT know about, and how many DONT know. Refunding the lets say 10-20 even 50% of the victims of this scam, theyre still raking it in big time, worse, its getting BIGGER. The longer this is allowed to go on, the bigger this scams gonna get.

  • I've had 2 payments taken out. Contacted capital One who said they would send me a dispute form. I was to cancel my vpreward 'membership' by email and send a copy and a copy of the reply from VP to them and they would dispute all payments (and any future ones if they are cheeky enough to take them - and I am under no illusion that they are!!) on my behalf. Cap One said that they could not stop the payments their end as it was between VP and me, but they would do their best to help.

  • I've used Vista Print twice in the last 5 years and not had a problem at all with them. Just be careful not to open any "vprewards" emails, as i think that's where the problem is (Spyware/Malware alert). My bro-in-law is computer savvy so i believe him when he says this and have learnt about the traps, and no longer use Paypal either. If you want anything from Vista Print, go straight to the Vista Print site and DO NOT subscribe to them in any way. Just order when you need something and there should not be a problem.

I only noticed these threads recently and panicked having recently ordered business cards. I sent off emails checking that I would not be charged and got this reply which appears to explain how people have got charged:

Thank you for choosing VistaPrint, the online solution for "Best Printing. Best Price."
We have received your email inquiring about a monthly charge to be a VistaPrint customer. We can assure that there is no monthly fee involved to be a customer with us.
You could be referring to the partnership opportunities that is offered at the end of checking out. VistaPrint partners with several other companies who offer products and services to our customers via Special Offers and promotions on our website. In order for you to be signed up for it, you would have to click through one of these offers after placing an order with VistaPrint.
If you do not wish to be signed up for any of those programs, you can simply close out of you screen after checking out without clicking on any of those pop-ups.
In previewing your account, we do not see that you are signed up for any of the programs.
We hope you find this information helpful. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
Again, thank you for contacting VistaPrint. We strive to meet your printing needs.
    Sincerely
    Camielle Spence

Has anyone else had trouble recently and if so please will you let me know how you got on?
    Thanks

I have just checked some cc statements and found I have been charged £9.95 per month for Clubprem.com which is Vista again. I have rung them on 0800 028 8251 and they have promised to refund me and cancel the membership which I know I did not sign up for. They didn't quibble and I was very nice about it although I was hopping mad. So I'll see if I get the refund.

I have just cancelled also, But no refund will be allowed, because it sayes on the terms & cond:

My bank said they been looking into them for a very long time, But cant do nothing. Only way is to cancel then if them take money then the bank (lloyds/tsb) can recover the money. Bank gave me another number to phone but very hard to hear wot they say (bad line) 0845 026 1100
But the best number is off their site ...........

Please call free phone at 0845 672 2002 and speak to a VistaPrint Rewards member representative to cancel your membership.

I may be missing something but how is that a free phone number? 0845 is special services lower rate isn't it (or local rate as it used to be known)?

  • Hello, I had the same problem with vistaprint, ordered some free business cards for my hubby. Today received cc statement with £9.95 vprewards. Called vistaprint on 0800 028 8251, which appears to be their sales number. Chose option 3 and had to wait a very long time for someone to answer. Had to give the email address I used to open the account. The lady on the phone told me I had signed up to this, I told I had not and she offered to cancel and refund, which she did whilst on the phone, this also seemed to take forever. She told me the refund should be on my card within 3-5 working days. Hopefully this will be the case, I will update if and when it is received.

I Rang Vista Print And Explained That That I Did Not Sign Up To Anything And Within Minutes Got A Cancelation Email And Promise Of A Full Refund.
