Ive edited the first post as the offer that me and wizk1 have signed up to is now on HUKD and theres always a chance it will get pulled, so to summarise

200 mins
unlimited text
unlimited broadband
free HTC hero / t-mobile g2 touch
18 months
£22 p/m

others have been reporting a variation of this being more mins/less texts etc

I can do better. I just bought my HTC Hero today (On T-Mobile). 800 mins, unlimited texts, unlimited internet, 18 month contract. Free phone....

    £25 per month

    How did I achieve this?

Simples... I rang their sales team and asked for it. :)

    Shy bairns get no sweeties.

I can get a similar deal to wizk1's but for £22.50 a month although its a cashback deal so depends......

That is a very good deal above though, let us know how you get on mishkanorman.

I just rang their normal sales line on 0800 9562208. I was just honest with them. Told them I could find it on Beepy for about £23 a month with the pain of claiming cashback, and asked if they could match it or do any better. That's the best they came back with, but took it anyway as I hate going through a middle-man, and I won't have to ar5e around sending statements in order to get my cashback (which isn't always guaranteed).

Hmmmm. Try calling 07953966150 (That's their customer services number retrieved from SayNoTo0870), and ask to be transferred to the new contracts line. Maybe I got through someone with a little flexibility. Ask if they can consult a manager if they still won't budge and see if they can get the phone for free. Above all, be nice. They'll be more inclined to do things for you if you are friendly :)

...May I add, I'm also a new customer to T-Mobile.
