The OP is here to ask for advice about the current court case case. What relevance have the earlier 9 points?

    ...
If it were not for the previous 9 points, the OP would probably only have 3 now and no ban.

I guess therefore the question wouldn't even have been posed were it not for the 9 points previously gained.

Anybody that manages to rack up 12 points deserves all they get, they are a menace on the roads, nice to see another one banned.

What if a child had ran out! chased by a sweet old lady!

I'd just drive without a licence and since your now banned, dont bother with insurance.
You'll be the toast of the pub too "Yes i'll have another, Franks driving, He's banned already."

What are you suggesting? Anarchy on todays highways or the locking up of every banned driver to stop them getting behind the wheel as you would otherwise do???

I didnt mean to say "I would".
Just have visions of the thread descending into another "what if's" and "you could have" so thought I'd get my totally stupid and pointless bit in first for a change.

You could drive from Manchester to London, at 80mph, and be banned by the time you get there.

Racking up 12 points is not a way to judge somebodies driving IMHO.

Don't be so stupid, how can you be disqualified from driving without a court finding you guilty?

Now some people are just being picky! Apologies, I should of phrased it by saying that you could tot up 12 points by the time you got there!

Again you only get points upon conviction and not upon receipt of an NIP.
