If not, just take them back. I've found the service to be excellent and I cannot fault them at all.

Tip - get them to take the theft protection gizmo off so you can try the frames properly before you order.

  • I went to Asda last week Monday and decided to book an eye test with a view to getting new glasses. The assistant informed me that the soonest available appointment would be for tomorrow (21 January). I checked with her whether it would still be £50 for the glasses, and she said it would, but it's an extra £15 for the eye test. When I went into Asda yesterday, I saw that the price for the glasses had gone up by £15 to £65!! Excluding the test. Now I know that's still pretty cheap, but I was budgeting to spend £65 altogether. And as I'm a very skint student, I do not appreciate the sudden price change. Ah, well.
Wins: Stairgate worth £27.99 and ViewSonic Monitor worth £129 = £156.99/2015, hoping to win a car! ;)

Yes the prices have gone up but they are still very reasonable. The first post needs to be amended
