I like this thread and find it usefull for lots of Ebay related things - but lately there seems to be a gang mentality operating by a few members who post very regulary and are quite knowledgable on the Ebay subject ,but not so much it seems on the subject of manners

    - just an observation ! - please dont feel the need to gang up on me !!
    ( as I do enjoy my sleep ! )

I totally agree and find the ebay thread the most unaproaching on this forum and wouldnt use it if I didnt need advice occasionally, although when I do post I get very little replies and when I do their very abrupt and its clear ive ticked someone off. (maybe cos im outside their clique)
Wins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.

In the last three months or so you have been suspended by ebay, twice from what I recall, had your paypal account terminated, had a number of problems with sales etc, threatened/promised to go to ebid/play/amazon etc, yet when various people do respond, you get defensive about it.

And when people do not respond, there is post such as "118 views and not 1 reply?"

    Just a thought...

As Steve said you have been banned from ebay and amazon had paypal accounts frozen and been given huge amounts of advice which when offered you get all defensive about. All you need to do is look at your new thread and its a non understanding of how paypal/ebay works again. Maybe thats a reason you don't get many replies anymore too? Just a thought

    Tell me about it

I have tried my new listings at the higher start price to cover my postage and packing and it's killed my sales. I rest my case.

Maybe the items aren't worth selling or your listings aren't very good? Just because they are not selling doesn't mean its due to you adding postage to the start price. Correlation does not imply Causation

Why? You trying to start a non existent fight because everyone ignored you first time?
This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine

I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine. :p

So I cant even take peoples advice and resolve issues with my account! What I do with my ebay / paypal is my person business and it would be nice to have my advice replied to and not ignored just so you can drag up and twist the past.

Seems you want to know everything i do use play etc just dont need advice on that!

And whats wrong with posting a reminder to push it back up the top to see if someones nice enough to reply?

Oh my lord how many more times, I TOOK YOUR ADVICE DIDNT I AND RESOLVED THE ISSUES THATS WHY IM SELLING AGAIN. Also maybe if replies were friendlier and not patronising I wouldnt feel the need to get defensive but your all too quick to flame people down

I do understand how paypal works I just asked for some advice on a echeque! is that a crime? excuse me for not having as much experience as others but ive somethings not happened to me before how am i to know how it works?

btw what do i need to do to fit into this clique?
