I don't drive slow, but that dosn't make me a bad driver
You don't see camera vans and exceed the speed limit, does that make you a safe driver?:rolleyes:Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Just do what I did, fill it out with a made up name and random address and send it back, never heard any more after that.0

Been driving 20 years and still not managed to knock anyone down yet
Either at 30mph or 40mph
Please dont take this the wrong way - but the fact that you havent hit anyone yet suggests that you are lucky rather than "good"
You never know what is going to happen, how road conditions are changing or what is around the corner, since speed limits are imposed for a reason, surely by exceeding the speed limit you show little or no regard for the safety of people in your vehicle or anyone else on the road. Knowingly doing so and then asking for a way to escape the self inflicted punishment is even worse in my opinon.
I am very glad that you have stayed safe, and hope that you continue to do so, but as your ticket shows, speeding limits arent optional for those of us who consdier ourselves good drivers and therefore above the law.
I dont mean this in a nasty or judgemental way, just my opinon.0 -

Everyones entitled to their opinion0 -
Regardless of the rights and wrongs of speeding (and whether or not you know that the limit is 30 mph on a street with streetlights and with no signs indicating otherwise), is it really the case that the law can require you to give evidence against your other half?0
