Mind you, posts like this can be used in court and the fact you've publicly said you want to find loop holes probably wont help.
It's ok fella i will just accept it
It's not that important
Just laughable what some people are like
By the way it was a dual carriageway so no-one could of just stepped in front of the car
The camera/police must of been well hidden for me not to have seen it
Very sneaky but it's done now0 -

Many people have suffered because of speeding motorists and feelings can and do run high, as you will have seen. That is not laughable.
Not sure I understand why no-one could have stepped out on a dual carriageway and I regularly drive on one which people cross between two housing estates. They may not be meant to but they do.
As I said there is advice here, and elsewhere, but you are under no obligation to take it.
PS - it is "must have" not "must of"0 -

Why?People manage to do it on a motorway and there are less pedestrians there.

you can ask what kind of camera caught you and when it was last calibrated i think a fixed one is annually and anything used by the Police has to be checked before and after a shift. You can also request the photographic or video evidence to have it checked further for the speed done.0
