The car you bought is a cheap, perfectly good usable car from what I have heard from you.
All the problems are either minor or only exist in your head.
Youve been foolish and blown loads of money taking the car to garages for "diagnostics and second opinions" when there's nothing major wrong with it.
The lack of power in low rev ranges is NORMAL for a diesel and especially for that engine in that car, but it didn't stop you from taking it to a garage to be "fixed" did it? Of course there was nothing they could do, there aint nothing wrong with it.
You didn't even know engine oil in a diesel turns black straight away... you claimed that as a "problem" too...
Dont keep on about "trusting the seller" because it makes it sound like you're a victim or you've "been had"... not so from what I've read.
And one more thing needs stressing to you
It's about your consumer rights
And it's not good ...
