I tried mine in a Tesco pump and it didnt work. I had 5 mins earlier used it in the Tescos shop and eventually paid for the fuel in the kiosk using the same card.
These were the first 2 attempts at using the card.0 -
I may be wrong but it looks like the 3% cashback card has been removed from the GE Money web site.0

Oh dear, looks like you're right. Does this mean the 3% is about to drop (or disappear) for those of us who already have cards?Stompa0 -

I wondered that too.0 -

No - I rang them today and they said their system was down.
Myself and OH both applied for the cards online. Must have clicked on the wrong one for him as he received the transformation card whereas I got the everyday card. Sent his card back (as he didn't want it) and was told to reapply for the everyday card. Did that today and he was declined! Cannot understand that when he was accepted 6 weeks ago for the other card.0 -
It is possible they are doing the much awaited site revamp which should include online access to the account (I have been told it is due mid September)

Use this link:
http://www.gemoney.co.uk/html/creditcard/everyday_creditcardproductpage.shtml
This will take you back to the GE Money Everyday Card page but whether they are going to accept any new customers now is a different matter.0 -
I applied about a month ago, got one acknowledgement, then nothing. After a few weeks I rang and was told no record on their system. They were most apologetic and gave me a freephone number but I preferred to apply again online.
When I got to the end of the application, I printed out the T&Cs and they were for the wrong card, so I thought I'd clicked on the wrong link & I went through the process again.
5 minutes later I got 2 acceptance emails!
I rang to cancel one, but was told I couldn't, I had to wait until the card came out.
A week later the 2 cards arrived - actually both Everyday Money. Oddly the first one had £4000 credit limit and the second one (where I'd even spelt my surname wrong!) was £6000. I've cancelled the 2nd one
Does make we wonder how good their systems are...0
