I have the same card but nowhere on my statement can I see cashback summary, whereabouts are your summaries shown?
On Page 1 of your statement, the page where your current balance is shown, you should see the 'Cash Back' box on the left, below the Customer helpline telephone number. Please call me 'Kazza'.0 -
I also received my statement today and have the same situation as Welliesorter and Kazza - 3% on everything, all the cashback "credited" and zero as "carried forward". The amount that on last month's statement was "carried forward" is "opening balance" on this month's statement. The only logical explanation is that they are paying out the cashback against next month's statement.0

From the quick sums that I have done it looks like they have paid 3% on everything I have put on the card as well. Thats 2 months in a row now0

Unhappy with GEMoney today.
I setup a direct debit to have full payment taken with them. 1st Statement came and checked my bank account for payment to be taken.
2 days after expected payment date, no money was taken from my account so I gave them a call. CS guy said he could see that whoever had set up the DD (at their end) hadn't done it correctly so he corrected that and took my payment over the phone. He said I shouldn't be charged any fees or be penalised for a late payment.
Just got 2nd statement and the haven't charged me, but have billed £4-ish of interest and I'm currently being charge interest on my current balance.
Straight on the phone 0870 to complain.- 8 minutes later of 'please wait' etc.. I gave up.
- ......tried again 2 hours later...
- On hold 20 minutes when the phone mysteriously went dead...
- Re-dialed and have given up after another 12 minutes on hold.
I'll try at weekend when I've just found out it's costs 1p a minute rather than 6.7p a minute.
Very shoddy CS - You'd have thought with an 0870 number they'd be able to afford some staff to man the phones.
Not happy :mad:0 -

W1zz, I've always called GE Money on 0800 915 2234.
It is actually their card activation line, but they have always answered my queries whenever I have used it to call them. Please call me 'Kazza'.0 -
Thats for the numbers - I'll give em a go in the morning.
Ain't really moaned before about 0870 numbers, but then I've always found they get answered within a couple of mins. But the 20 mins on hold to be clicked over to a dead line just got me fuming....0 -
One possibility regarding the cashback carried forward going to zero: they've realised their mistake in paying three per cent on everything and are clearing the slate in preparation for correcting this.0
-
I wondered about that. It's a newly launched card and giving cashback two months in is a bit strange. Shame as I paid for car insurance and new tyres after 17th August. Don't think it will earn 3% somehow.0

Finally got through to them this morning - 22minutes on hold. tip: Don't bother with the voice recognision for giving your details, just use your phone keypad, it still works and is quicker.
Had interest removed and outstanding balance returned to 0% until pay by date.
