Majority of child expenditures are for children under 5- nappies, formula, clothing (growth spurts slow down after 5) etc. Once children are at school, parents have more time and are more able to find employment.

Why are'nt these people with community service orders helping within the community, the local councils are going on about how they want to make there community safer. Why dont they enforce these punishments dealt out by themselves, to get rid of some of the snow around homes of the elderly.

0 of 200 'drivers hogging the centre motorway lane' surveyed, knew that the lanes were for 'driving, overtaking and overtaking.' Why not paint it on surface of the lanes?
Traffic free-flow reduces emissions and the need to widen motorways.

I live alone so a single occupancy only get a 25% discount off the annual charge of the council tax. Why can it not be 50% when a house next to me could have 4 adults or even more. This is an unfair discount for single people living alone.

If the Gov want to support the economy and hit environment targets they could insist that all new builds and developments have some level of renewable energy 'built-in' so that consumers don't have to source it themselves.

Stop telling taxpayers, 'The country can't afford what you want.'
Start telling parasites, 'The country can't afford you.'
Get the lazy into work. Get rid of legal aid. Get rid of the Crown Prosecution.

Rehabilitate offenders by making them work hard for long hours. On their release employers will know that they are prepared for work making them more employable. Employment will give them less time to re-offend.
