All families should be limited to allowances / benefits for only 2 children. This would be a fair, easy and quick to implement system. Why should hard working families subsidize non-working families, who have large families, to obtain 'huge' amounts of benefit. This could save millions!0

As a carer you are allowed to earn up to £101 a week. Go over this and the allowance stops.
The minimum wage is increased twice a year. The earnings limit for cares allowance is raised in April, but NOT every year. This limit should change with the minimum wage!0 -
Mandatory for Standing Orders to be offered as well as Direct Debits.
It should be mandatory for customers to be able to opt for standing order payments rather than direct debits. Simply put, standing orders mean the bank will only pay out what we instruct, direct debits allow the companies to specify the amount. There should be no penalty for this option either.0 -
Inheritance tax is a crippling tax for the relatives of deceased family members. The cost of funerals is cruelly prohibitive and in order to pay for these costs and the inheritance tax, sadly it is the norm that family homes are sold to cover these costs.0

Stop Family Allowance and put more onto Child Care Tax Credits. Lower income familes will get it; higher income families will not. As Tax Credits are paid on a sliding scale higher income families will not get it; automatic means testing!0

Councils should stop wasting our money erecting temporary
road signs which state the obvious to road users.
For example -
'New traffic lights ahead'
'New roundabout ahead'
'No road markings'
'New traffic signal phasing'
These signs often remain in place for years
and become municipal litter.0 -

Apply 0.5% tax on any currency exchange transaction (including options purchase) over a value of £1,000 or any combination of exchanges above the value of £1,000 in any 24 hour period. Tax levied at the time of transaction.0 -
Pay £100 a week to those who are satisfied being unemployed. Save millions of pounds by scrapping the existing mythical ‘Job Centers’ and have smaller cost effective units, which concentrate on finding work for the people who actually want to work rather than chasing those who do not.0

As the country is in such a dire financial, mainly due to the people "at the top", I suggest a 10% tax on all bank accounts, The money raised would help to ease the situation for us all, with everybody paying the same %age, but obviously the more well off helping more than the less well off.

Introduce 30mph repeater signs to remind drivers of the speed limit. Using lamposts is outdated and does not work. 30mph repeater signs are used where there are speed camera's (To aid prosecution perhaps?) so why not where there are no camera's?0
