can anyone help with this paypal dispute?

I haven't asked for the money back.

There was missing stuff they asked if I would take a partial refund which I said ues fine & they decide how to proceed not me.

I have contacted them & await their reply.

The train table is nothing to do with her! She sold me an airport! Just desperately seeking sympathy, which I can understand but lets try to resolve this like adults??

eh? you have all the money believe me I would love to sort it out as adults I would love to have my train track back as I sold it and I would have happily given you a full refund as I stated through paypal, Im not bothered at all about the money hun you can have it back (although I too have a new addy) I am bothered about my son who is out of pocket

its quite simple
if you want a partial refund you contact the seller
to get a full refund you use paypal
you used paypal and got a full refund
given you state you have all the goods then it seems you used a tracking number from a letter
did i miss anything?

The stuff I'm selling is not & never has been hers - I'm happy to send photos to anyone who wants to see the vast train set my Son has which I'm trying to thin out before we move house If you are trying to "thin out" why are you buying more - obviously an on-line business and not registered as such!

This is definaetly a case of don't believe all you read! Every story has two sides, I look forward to reading yours in full!

I'll fill in the full story later tonight for anyone who still cares at this stage!

I too will listen to the full story, if I have wrote or said anything untrue then I will hold my hands up and admit it. If all tis drama is caused by a breakdown in communication then I am more than happy to send you my new address so you can forward my train track back to me. Please dont send it to the old one as it was a rented house and I wouldnt be there to sign for it xx

I think there was an airport in amongst the lot that was purhcased from the OP.

Maybe, but the way Mrs CM worded it was as if they bought an airport by itself.

Clearly you where sold an airport as it was stated in the listing along with the others items listed.

Why did you send a letter recorded delivery and then pass this tracking number onto Paypal as the number apparently relating to the return of the goods? You must have been aware that this wasn't the actual tracking number they required? I wonder how many other disputes you have opened and been successful in getting refunds and keeping the goods.

People like you really give ebay a bad name!

And I would register as a business as soon as possible because clearly you are buying to resell. All this information for past purchases and sales is readily available to anyone.

So you are saying that you have not received a penny back for this item you purchased?
