Thats awful!
You can appeal the decision, so i suggest you do that. And then phone paypal and have a go, tell them you have informed the police etc

she's split them all up they're wooden thomas's and wooden track she's obviously not daft have rang paypal today twice and I may as well talk to myself the 1st guy wouldnt let me talk to anyone higher and hung up on me and the 2nd lady was helpful but didnt hold much hope.
