Things have been OK thanks, was DS's birthday last week & i was able to treat him. I have a new problem thouigh I found out LLoyds TSB have been taking money from my bank account to pay my credit card, paying them £85 through the dmp, but this month they have taken another 2 payments, one for £82 & another for £45 to top up the dmp payments, but it means if they do it again & will go over the overdraft on my bank account (which is also included in the dmp & no longer used) can I stop them from doing this??

    Hi again sweetie,

You have to stop putting any money in that account and switch your account to a bank that you don't have debts with - and tell CCCS what's happening because Lloyds shouldn't be doing that if they have agreed to your DMP.

I dont use that account, have asked to close it but they wont as there is an overdraft, I was around £300 into an agreed overdraft of £600, now I am £580 into the overdraft. LLoyds didnt agree to the dmp, in fact at first they said they didnt even have any record of ouir account numbers, but my credit card statements now say "we have not received the latest payment towards your payment plan, please pay £88.22 now or we will end the plan. The terms and conditions allow us to transfer any available funds from lloyds tsb accounts to offset any outstanding balance"
They have received my payments regularly though & this shows on the statement
