I wouldn't trust too much information given out by a reclaiming company. All the time you're watching your back, you can never look forward...0 -

Definitely! Or how about we just keep shopping there but not pay for the goods until their debt is paid back to us? :rolleyes:All the time you're watching your back, you can never look forward...0 -

In the meantime I shall just shop at Lidl .
Last time I went to Lidl there was someone on the till there who had previously worked in several stores including Tesco from what I overheard. I suppose for them it was a case of (wait for it I feel some humour coming on_) "EVERY LIDL HELPS!!!" haha!!!0 -

Had a response today from Tescoland! amazing how this is all going as expected!!
They say they need more time and hope I can be patient!!! and if unhappy I can apply to the FOS!
It doesn't say how much more time they need.
Any advice anyone? should I wait another couple of weeks or go straight to the FOS??
This is what happened with showergirl I recall and she went to FOS after 10 weeks I think - I have had 8 weeks so far0 -

Lmao! :j We have a Lidls nearby. I really like their food to be honest. Most of it is German so therefore premium stuff. :TAll the time you're watching your back, you can never look forward...0 -

I gave them an extra 3 working weeks and haven't heard anything so will be doing my FOS form this weekend (which has given them another week). I wouldn't bother wasting anymore time, start with the FOS. I think they're purposely delaying it to make people not bother. :rolleyes:All the time you're watching your back, you can never look forward...0 -

I think you are right because in their letter they said they need more time and at the same time said that if unhappy so far then complain to FOS so clearly that means that they are not bothered. I think I will pursue with FOS because if they weren't bothered to do anything in the last 8 weeks what difference will another 2 weeks make??
My feeling is that there are alot of unhappy Tesco people out there who are being treated badly! what can we do is the next thing to escalate this? We could do with Martin's opinion on this also!0
