All I had was a copy of the loan agreement which we copied and sent to the FOS along with copies of letters to and from RBS
Tesco's caved in once they received a letter from the FOS we got the full ppi back +8%

superb article I found ,have a read guys and girls .I am glad I have taken one case to the FOS and am getting ready to take another if I don't get the right response because I want every penny back that I am entitled to simple!
