I think you are right because in their letter they said they need more time and at the same time said that if unhappy so far then complain to FOS so clearly that means that they are not bothered. I think I will pursue with FOS because if they weren't bothered to do anything in the last 8 weeks what difference will another 2 weeks make??
My feeling is that there are alot of unhappy Tesco people out there who are being treated badly! what can we do is the next thing to escalate this? We could do with Martin's opinion on this also!

Have you sent your SAR letter yet?

I have a copy of my loan agreement - is that enough?
  • Also I have some yearly statements where they show how much is left and what I have been paying monthly etc will that suffice or do I need more info?

I would send an SAR letter anyway. It may uncover more stuff you don't realise. ;)

  • Have you got yours and when you have it do you send that with the FOS forms?

I hope showergirl can help out as FOS helped her win!

What paperwork did she send? and on what grounds did she win.
If showergirl can respond that would be appreciated.
Most likely our cases are very similar so any info at this stage will help!
