    rich130867,

OK having looked into your case you will get a full refund.
The problem came about due to a booking needing to be stopped which was one digit out from yours. Nothing sinister but simple human error and once again on behalf of our business sorry.

Live chat is on the main page during the working day.

I will put forward you views, and that of others, tomorrow regarding the label and email you in person with regards to our decision on business use.
  • In terms of the post regarding our address the one we share with Holidays Direct in Southampton is correct.

We moved to this bigger shared office on March 1st as Navin has an interest in both companies and it keeps running costs down.

As Kayster points out all the information is clear for our customers to see.

Just had a(third) order from PM today and this was the label printed.

I have cropped the bit out, where it says collection and delivery address as
    a) I dont want to look like Im advertising
    b) This netbook pretty much forces me , because of the small screen(Whilst I sell PC's, I dont game much) and am concerned about running costs, so at 12W hour(or 120W full charge with 10 hours battery, it saves energy

From what I remember, the monkey label seems to have gotten smaller, which is a big plus

The reason why I havent stuck it on to a parcel now, is because I need to reconnect my wireless router(just a simple reset and a reconfigure) so that I can print out the label via a wireless printer

    Heres the label:
    PM-1.gif

I think thats small enough to read, without messing the layout of the whole thread(as I did with the CPW thread)

The full sized image would have seriously done some damage to the forum layout, and its worse if your a netbook/mobile phone user
  • To keep everyone appraised, I received compensation for the 2nd missed collections today, so am pleased with the swift response given to this matter by Parcel Monkey

Thankyou for the feedback, and shoot the simple human (joke)

Live chat is on the main page during the working day.
It is, but it doesn't work for me. I type in my details, and a message, it then disappears after I press send. It may be an IT issue - perhaps I need to upgrade something, but there is no prompt telling me such? Can someone else test this live chat and report back?
  • Hi rich130867 and welcome to MSE.

Some details would help me look into your case please.

Can you help me please? Firstly you failed to collect from me on Tues and u had to rebook for Wedsnesday. The 2 collections that were picked up and due for delivery yesterday 18/3/10 yet Citylink say they don't know where the parcels are?? They said to contact Parcelmonkey as you would be able to see where they are.

I've tried calling your number but gave up
after sitting waiting for 20 mins. I've emailed 3 times and and have had no answer.

    Orders: 191911 and 191281

    @ parcelmonkey rep
im wondering if you would be better in a seperate thread?
just if you end up dealing with a few folks those looking for info on couriers may get lost
  • Hi ExNicotine Queen,

As you have said your parcels were collected and if you track them they show being scanned at the City Link depot on 17.03.10 at 19:14.

As it also says on the track page they were both due for delivery the next day which was yesterday.

For City Link to say they have no record of where they are is very strange as it's clear for all to see they have them within their system.

I will pass on this information to our call centre Manager and he will chase it up for you.
