I thought the cut off time is at 11:00?

Thats what the website says, but when I came to place the order it was still letting me select today's date and sure enough they came and collected today!

Hi there, I need to get a bike from Beverley (Humberside) to Surbiton (Surrey). Could anyone make a helpful suggestion on a reasonable courier? Thanks :-)
mmmm, still seeking something witty to be my auto-signature . . . so this will have to suffice for now ;)

I'm happy to hear most people have had good results with parcelbee. My experience is very different. Having booked collections with them this week, nobody appeared. I attempted to phone them - try that just for fun - no joy after 15 minutes. I then emailed them to ask what happened, and could they phone me. The reply was "would you like to rebook?". Just that. I rang DHL customer services, who informed me that no collection had been booked for my address by parcelbee. I then emailed pb asking for an explanation. Same reply. So I asked for a refund, or I would take it up with Paypal. Their reply was "you obviously don't want to settle this amicably, so do what you like". By amicably I assume they mean pay up and sit on your arris for a few days.
These people are lucky they are at the other end of the country.
Needless to say, I will never use them again.

Hi. Was that a UPS Express service or something like that? I've seen DHL vans driving around that say New York Next Day on them too. £57 sounds a lot, but if you need it there fast then, that's brilliant.

I've waited in all day for a collection organised through Parcelbee. I rang their helpline at 5.40 and was on hold for 12 minutes, an 0843 number which is at least 5p/minute and not in my inclusive calls.
I emailed them, and got an email response to say their call centre closes at 5.30pm.

I wanted to double check my collection was still going ahead, why was that so difficult?

Not impressed, think I wont use them again.

I only paid £5.99 for the parcel, but if they can't do it at that price they shouldn't be offering it at that price

You think £57 is a lot for a 15 kg parcel measuring 3' x 2' and 1' in high.I thought that was very reasonable you take a look and see if you can get better.:)Leachy

In my experience ringing the helpline is no use but they respond to email OK.
If you want to see if there is any chance of it being collected put the tracking number into the dhl website (assuming parcel is booked with dhl) and see if the tracking number shows that a collection has been arranged - if no details come up then PB havent booked it, if details say its booked but DHL do not come them DHL have failed.

    Hi Leachy

    15Kg, 3ft x 2ft x 1ft. With Interparcel I got £80 UPS. Am I doing something wrong?

can I just ask if that £5.99 is including VAT?
