    Hi,
I thought I would start a list to summarise my experience with each online parcel delivery company I have tried to help anyone out there who can't choose.

    Parcel2go.com
Services include Parcelforce, DHL, FedEx, HDNL and city link.
    Offer £50 standard cover
Offer Enhanced cover on some deliveries
Customer service is as you would expect from a large company but the live chat option is helpful.

£200 cover if you choose Parcelforce with P2G

Not bad for £12.91 for £200 compensation, but I think you can get that amount of insurance slightly cheaper from PB for £11 that give us PF 24 not PF 48(Well currently any way)

P2G need to lower their price. But saying this, seeing as though they had a 10,000 parcel limit for the 99p offer, they can keep prices higher because of the fact that they have had more press coverage from the likes of eBay etc.. They also have their own youtube channel which is a plus

PM and PB, you may want to make your own youtube videos to get some interest in your services?

With p2g, their bolton to bolton delivery service is also not worth the money any more when you can get a service for £6 via PB(And it may be cheaper to deliver the parcel yourself any way) Their multi parcel service also now becomes less cost effective than it used to be

With PM, my guess is that they may eventually move to TNT for their courier as they seem to be the ones that deal with larger firms. Saying this, I was quite impressed that they used UPS first as I havent seen many small companies use UPS at all. It does give quite an impression

Whilst I like PF, I think by the public its seen as a budget courier, as lots of small businesses use them. My post sounds ironic now doesnt it lol

have had a few issues to iron out hence the reason why it is a week or so l
Are you any closer to processing the refund I have been promised for over a month now? I've given up emailing to chase this up because I haven't had any kind of response. Other companies reply within a day (one of them even works Sundays).

I was told to direct queries for refunds to claims@parcelmonkey.com. Is this actually a manned mailbox or have I just been fobbed off?

Have you looked at any of the sites I have tried in my post above?
Interparcel - £25.00+VAT Fedex economy or DHL Europlus £20.00+VAT
    Sendingparcels.com - £22.45 PFW Euro 48
    Parcel2go - £24.99 +VAT PFW Euro 48
    Parcelmonkey - £65.29 1 day

It's pretty easy to get quotes from any of these sites you should try a few out

Email them and I'm sure they'll sort it.

The service is described as 24 hour so they have to provide that.

I did email PB this morning when it happened but no response yet. The parcels gone so it is too late to change it to a quicker delivery.
Perhaps my next delivery will be free to make ammends :D

UPDATE - they haveapolgised and refunded my payment in full - well done PB and thank you. Confidence regained and I've placed an order for tomorrow

Thanks, I really wasn't being lazy I did a few quotes but with it being Southern Ireland most sites are unclear what category this falls under so i wondered if anyone had regular experience of shipping to Eire. Thanks for your help anyway.:)
