There are now sites which recommend others: I just got a 5kg parcel to France for £23.31 in 2 days with DHL via a broker called The Shipping Department (which seems to be staffed by real people!). I just thought I'd report a positive experience for once...

well I think thats disgusting - certainly won't be using PM again thats for sure - have also just send an email to remind PM about a refund that I am still waiting for from 26th November as it too over a week to deliver and I had to refund my customer - hopefully this will be sorted.

I am very annoyed as I contacted PM at the beginning when the transactions weren't tracking and was told it's nothing to do with them yet now you are able to confirm this/state that etc about quidco had I have known from the start I would not have continued using you as I could have got the service cheaper.

Hi, save yourself £3.65 and book a 5Kg parcel to France with collectmyparcel.com for £19.66. No I don't work for collectmyparcel.com just use them for virtually everything (Interparcel for the rest). Real people, fast e-mail replies and the site is fully automated so no waiting for things to be e-mailed.

I'm unsure why anyone would use either of these people when for £13.99 you can send 30kg anywhere in Europe with www.parcelbee.co.uk They are my current favourite.

Hello all

I've read nothing but good reports about Parcel Bee and they do have cheapest prices, but what a farce.

1. Day 1, UPS labels got e-mailed to me with the wrong information on
2. Day 1, UPS driver turned up before the right e-mail was sent to me and so wouldn't take the parcel
3. Day 2, Re-booked for today but new labels were not e-mailed to me and so the UPS driver wouldn't take it (that's twice)
4. Day 3, correct labels e-mailed to me and the UPS driver turns up and takes my parcel

I've had to part refund my customer some of the carriage costs as they haven't go the parcel on time, risked getting bad feedback. Horrible!

So you get what you pay for cheap prices = cheap service. Wish I'd have gone with one of the bigger companies now Parcel2Go, Interparcel or collectmyparcel.com

I have nothing to do colelctmyparcel.com. This is the first time I've used one of these services, before I'd go to the Post Office and do a Special Delivery. Anyway one good thing, Parcel Bee must read this forum as they've just said that if I request DHL next time I won't have to worry about the special UPS labels.

So I'm more than happy to do that, at £6.49 it's a fraciton of the price of a Royal Mail Special Delivery.

I won't bother posting again, I thought these forums were to help people with postive and negative findings, but it seems not.

It's a DHL affiliate. (I've heard of CK Net somewhere before but can't remember who or what...., I'll let you know if I remember).

My benchmark is always if they're happy to publish who they are, where they are, and who the legal body is that you are contracting, then they should be OK. That information doesn't seem to clear to me, maybe I just can't find it. Maybe it's hidden.

OK confused now. CK Net Ltd (company name on contact page) is a leading Internet Search Engine Marketing company, owned by logiserve? - what they're doing as a DHL reseller, I have no idea.....

They're a bit expensive tbh. I also doubt it if they are DHL affiliates as their web code is horrible. I found the following errors(well I lie, W3C found them for me)
