    Hello Kayster,

I got your PM reply and the removal of our posts is not down to me or anyone else .

    .

Thats interesting i did think it was probably the cashback people who had the clout with MSE to get it hushed up.
So ..... why if they can get posts removed within hours do they not devote a small amount of time to correcting your listing for you on their site???

Why do you say not an offical company representative - he came on here an openly said he was - the post is still there. So long as he doesnt promote and only sorts out problems that sounds good to me. Better than the snakes who come allong pretending be a non connected person who has had a wonderful experience.

MSE have requirements for members to post on behalf of a company
their status then changes to signify this by their username http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1488315&highlight=official+company+representitive
i presumed this is why the posts were deleted

    Hello Kayster,

I got your PM reply and the removal of our posts is not down to me or anyone else at ParcelMonkey.

I stand by what I posted, and put in my private message to you, so can only guess Quidco have asked they be removed.

As you know we wish to resolve this issue and removing posts will not help our cause.

Custardy, I am connected with PM and am here to help our customers. If others have a problem with that ie MSE then they can contact me anytime.

why not contact them?you are here using their services eg the forum
its a forum to help and advise people, not a customer service portal for companies

Just placed my first order with P2Go just wondering if someone can advise

I printed out 3 custom forms and 4 labels

So do I just tape on one label to the package? and one customs form? it says put the others in an envelope marked custom forms and tape it to the parcel?

is this correct is it just a regular envelope i use? the online help advisor was less then helpful!

    Interesting that you chose parcel2go.

You need 3 or 4 customs forms in the envleope that you tape to the parcel.
Any envelope will do but a see through envelope is better as it means it can be viewed without opening. It must be stuck very securely to the outside of the parcel as it must no come off in transit. Carriers have see through envelopes that are self adhesive on one face.. A freezer bag that you the stick down all around 3 edges would be good - just use plenty of clear tape and leave access to the contents on the fourth edge

that must have been something quite light and small to go to USA with P2g for £17. Royalmail could have been the best bet for you if it was under 2kg - no multi copy customs forms either.
