Got to agree. They are good with their customer service. I was just detailing my little problem with them thats all. I'd recommend you give 24 hours before you use them as they arent automatic. I ordered a courier from them yesterday for pickup on Wednesday and I got the label today at 9am
  • Hi

New here so i hope you can help. I believe to send a parcel overseas I need a Commercial Invoice? Do Parcel Bee provide these? Is it something that I can access after booking or do they get e-mailed or what?

Thanks and sorry if this has been answered before.

Had a similar situation with a supplier in Asia some years ago. Sent detailed photos of where and why the goods were substandard and wrangled a partial refund from the supplier (since sending back was not an economical option).

I suspect your supplier will move heaven & earth to avoid giving a refund, beginning with refusing to acknowledge they received the goods back and/or have no idea who signed for them for the tracking.

They will email a blank commercial invoice together with the label. You need to complete the details then put 4 copies of invoice in an envelope on the parcel. I have some clear self adhesive envelopes that my friendly UPS driver left for me so its already when he comes.

Yes, that's another issue - the returned goods will be seen as an 'import' to India so loads of attendant special paperwork needed to prove it is returning faulty goods.

    Hi

Thanks for that. I wasn't sure and with someelse saying labels had been sent otu wrong I booked it collectmyparcel.com. After paying there is a summary screen where I could download the Waybill and Commercial invoices all done for me. Then an e-mail came through confirming the booking with links to the documents again.

Just seemed easier than having to write it all. So a thumbs up to collectmyparcel.com.

Dippingmy toe in to International sending seems so much easier than the Post Office.

    Hi
Just wondered if anyone could help me please...
I send between 4-20 parcels a week (approx 5-12 kilo each) and currently I use parcel2go. I have been using them for a couple of years. I like DHL as I know the guys and they know me and my routine. I pay £6.99 plus vat for 24-48 hr delivery in UK.
Saying this I have had a few bad experiences this last couple of weeks with them, and are finding them no so reliable. (whether this is just down to the xmas rush I dont know)
Is there anyone else out there who is reliable and reasonable price? I think I need a change! (or should I stay where I am!)
    Any suggestions welcome!! Thank you

I want to send a parcel to the USA:

    Weight 5kg
    35 x 17 x 17 cm
    Value: £50

    Anything cheaper than £28?

£25 from parcelbee, but your buyer might have to pay handling fees etc..
