I booked a delivery with them for Saturday. They refunded(quite rightly, as they only apparently work on weekdays), however they also said that basically that we say all labels are given at 9am on the day of shipment. I then emailed them that they will lose business this way and last time I got my label at 11pm lol. I havent got a reply back though

With parcelmonkey, everything is pretty much automatic and oh yeah who here has received any cashback from them? Ive used them today as I told a buyer that their parcel will be picked up on Monday and Im not really wanting to back down on that promise. I used them, in mind that I will be very lucky to get cashback lol, or have they started paying some cashback now?

I think they should sort their problems out with quidco fast, especially as they are a) losing customers and b) effectively getting free advertising.

I know Ive sold a computer to one person and they now obviously know about parcelmonkey now, so they know where to go for a cheap deal :D and no doubt they'd tell their friends as well

Their "free advertising" just adds to my anger of not getting any cashback

EDIT: I have now booked parcelbee for Wednesday, seeing as though I have gave them three days in advance to send me a label. In future, I will be booking two days earlier, so that they have time to get the label to me, seeing as though their service isnt automated like parcelmonkey's

I presume 21 shirts can be put in to one package which makes it weigh 6.5kg? You could just use either parcelbee or parcelmonkey to send these back.

On Alibaba, there are people there that will give cheap prices for importing in to the UK, so there might be people out there that will also export cheaply

BTW, if you declare these as more or equal to £18, the person at the end will have to pay handling fees and any relevant taxes

Well if they cost more than £18, it would be illegal and if customs find out, then you would be in some bother. At this moment in time, parcelbee is your best bet with their £25 service to the rest of the world until/unless you find a cheaper quote at alibaba. If you do, feel free to post here and to let others know what they can save

Remember you will also need a CN22 form. You could be a little cheeky if you live in a city with a modern post office, and nick one of their CN22 forms-seeing as though they are sticky labels. You can also download it as well from here Im not too sure if you can use this same label for non RM items or if you need a different type of label. I swear I remember one where you could edit the CN22 and make it look professional by typing in the info lol

I have just used Parcelbee to send parcel to Marseille - weighed just under £5 kilo. Booked it on line a week or so ago to be picked up on Wed. Picked up on the correct day by UPS, and delivered 2 days later. Very pleased with the service. I was a bit worried for a start, as when I got the label through, it had the wrong postcode on for Marseille, but was immediatley rectified when I emailed them. Just 2 days on their standard delivery and cost £13.99.
