cyberbob- I'd be interested in your findings. I send parcels from the IV30 area and Parcelmonkey quoted around £18 to collect from here.

I've recently been using parcelbee.co.uk. The website is a bit basic but it does the job, very good service and my parcels from Scotland to Spain have always been collected and delivered within 48 hours.
UP TO 30KG UK 24 HOUR DOMESTIC ONLY £6.49
UP TO 30KG EUROPE 48 HOUR ONLY £13.99
UP TO 30 KG WORLDWIDE 72 HOUR ONLY £24.990 -

Those are very good prices. On the strength of your recommendation i've booked a UK and a European delivery to try them out.0 -
Parcel Monkey - 1st time I've used them, failed collection - I accept that happens.
But getting a refund from PM is like getting blood out of a stone. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK PARCEL MONKEY.
Parcel Machine refunded within 24 hrs of being informed of a failed collection. Still waiting for PM refund a week later.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

Anyone recommend a courier firm that picks up and then delivers to an address in the uk? it's a Guitar Hero Drum Set, no idea how much that would cost.
Heard Pheros (sp) are good.
Thanks.0 -
I used to use Pharos a few years ago but they are expensive now,0

Hey Kayster
Would love to know how you get on. Thos prices are very good indeed.
My concern is you don't know who is coming to collect your parcel and maximum parcel size is 120cm x 60cm x 60cm which goes against the 0.23m3 that DHL set. Careful no one gets a surcharge for it being oversized.
I wouldn't be suprised if it's on the Interparcel account. The website screams Low Cost Parcel Delivery (created using Mr Site and similar booking forms).0 -
Im now thinking of using parcelbee. I was using parcelmonkey before, but I was slightly skeptical of claiming from them as they only do allow until 4pm next day to make a claim-and you probably need written confirmation from your customer! But Im not sure if TNT is an accepted tracking method for paypal?
BTW, they havent came yet, but then again I did add a note to the courier-will def. be home after 2pm0 -

Wow, UPS for £6.49 was it - not bad at all. Just a bit scary when someone new comes along with great prices that no ones else can touch and then before you know they're gone.
Keep us informed but I can't see anything going wrong now.0
