    Hello Paulsea,

I'm very sorry you're not happy. If you have any problems the best way to get in touch is by emailing rosie@myhermes.co.uk. It's the most efficient way of getting help and reporting any issues with our service.

    I hope this helps,
    Rosie

I'll get a coffee for this one :coffee: Someone pass the popcorn too.

  • I've used Royal Mail in the past, but as they managed to 'mislay' an important book I was waiting for from an Amazon dealer, I had to cancel the order and re-order with someone else. The original book turned up almost a month later when Royal Mail 'found' the 'mislaid' sack. *How can you 'mislay' a sack of parcels???*
I now use my Hermes, and each time they've completed my order exactly as advertised. I have no complaints and happily recommend them to anyone who needs a cheap, reliable carrier.

    Hello

I have been reading through this thread for a while and am a little boss-eyed now. I was wondering if anyone could help with postage for an item to the Netherlands. It's 2.5kg and is 34cm x 6cm x 25cm.

I have found 19.47+VAT from Parcel Monkey and £18.56 from Wedelivertheworld but wondered if that could be improved on?

    Many thanks

    Mxxx

No No No, dont do that,
Worst tracking in the world, for parcels leaving the UK they have no owned delivery service out side the UK, they use "delivery partners"
Use a company that wont give your parcel to another company to deliver......IE
    DHL <FEDEX< UPS
