Many thanks for this - I should have mentioned in my previous post that it's a Mac mini, 23x23x23cm. Would this change your opinion of what courier to use (for instance, I noticed Interparcel economy (UPS) mentioned in a later post for a laptop).

Also, another question, if I may - if something were to go wrong (i.e. not delivered, damaged etc), even though I'd have gone through ParcelMonkey or Interparcel, my issue would be with the courier company themselves? Sorry to sound thick but I just want to make sure this item gets there! Many thanks :o

it would be your reseller, not the courier

And yes for a laptop I'd recommend ups over citylink, unless price really matters, as citylink parcels generally get a bit of a rough ride but usually end up ok, just not great for really damagable stuff
  • parcelsplease have a picture on there homepage "12.50 for 30kg parcels to europe" when I click it and enter info it comes back £40????? I'm so fed up with reading all these offers which aren't true!

    EDIT; I found the truth:

From £12.50 +VAT for France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg

From £30+VAT (where applicable) for Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain & Sweeden

From £35+VAT (where applicable) for Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia & Slovenia

From £40+ VAT for Andorra, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino & Switzerland

    it says from £12.50
  • Indeed it does, I long for the day I see a price and I actually pay that price...

Just as a matter of note, I am finding UPS the cheapest for European deliveries on many broker sites, whereas it used to be DHL for a long time. Look into that how you will.

I take that to mean Parcelforce ?

If so i would use them if they weren't so expensive.

Hi, looking for a delivery service for a approx 3.5kg parcel within the uk, preferably where I can drop the item off rather than them collect it. Parcel force want £7.62.
