The prices start from Page 6 and if you open an account you need to look under the 'Franking or Account' section for the relevant prices.
I would advise you call them as well as they can give you much clearer info.
If you send 100 per week, which is only 20 per weekday, then your cheapest option is not the part you refer to, but PPI via an OBA (online business account) using PACKETPOST.0 -

Thanks, good stuff. I'm just becoming big enough (>1000 items in the last 2 months but obviously that was Christmas post) so I'm definitely going to look into that.
ETA:
Packetpost™You can earn a discount if you are sending more than 5,000 Large Letters or Packets per year.mailing volume for Packetpost.

Volume Related Discounts are awarded to customers paying for the applicable service via a Royal Mail Account only. Discount is applicable per sales order. All items must be mailed from the same site and be of the same format, class and service to qualify (e.g. you won’t get the discount if you combine First Class with Second Class items, or Large Letters with Packets).
Hmmm, looks like I will definitely need to have a chat with RM though, because I don't send 5000 of the same format & class pa (yet lol).

Meanwhile...
I wonder whether ParcelMonkey have got their operations together again or not. I had an email this morning re. their new "bag price" which is £4.85+VAT (=£5.82). http://www.parcelmonkey.co.uk/bag-price I admit I haven't read the fine details yet (like is that a signed-for service, and it is CityLink which puts me off straight away) but as I send a few parcels a week at the £7.06 RM standard parcels price point (2-4kg) then it may be worth a gander :undecidedThey deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -
Martin - you may want to put a health warning on your site about this company.
Posted parcel - 13 December.
Tracking system shows it as "out for delivery" since the 20th December.
Not delivered yet
MyHermes has a pre-recorded message and DOES NOT ANSWER CALLS for weeks now.
Email queries are also unanswered.
Their website does not indicate any ongoing problems.
Basically I do not know if my parcel is lost, or if many are. Either way, there hasn't been snow for weeks now so that's not an excuse.
I even wrote to them and threatened legal action, they still haven't replied.
I am not sure if this company still operates or not - they certainly don't seem to be.0 -

The discount they refer to is over and above the Packetpost rates. What you will find, is that with PP rates you can lower your prices perhaps and therefore guarantee the minimum parcels p/a.
The main thing to note, is that you fill a bag, say of 10 parcels and it weighs 2.4kg. Each parcel is averaged at 240g and you pay that amount. This means that if you have 8 at 260g and the remaining 2 at 160g each, then although it all weighs the same, the first bag will be cheaper than the postage paid on the second. You can work the bag weights to suit your pocket to some extent!0 -

I booked a collection of a parcel via Parcel2Go's website last Thursday 16/12 using DHL Euro Plus - advertised as a 2-3 day delivery. It's a load of Christmas presents for a relative's kids in Italy (but that's not really relevant!). Site 'suggested' same day collection and let me proceed with the booking.
Paid £34.19 at the time(!). Guess what... parcel is still here.
All I get from P2G is an automated email saying my parcel collection has been booked, followed by another a few hours later saying it has been cancelled and will be rebooked the next day... They list a load of affected postcodes but mine (SE) is not one of them...
I tried to contact them to cancel the collection, but no response -
Trying to phone or email them is pointless... Waste of time.. just an automated response to emails.... On phone you get told 'all our operators are busy' and get cut off....
I want my money back! Will debit card company (Smile bank) refund or do I have to go to Trading Standards or a Small Claims Court? Advice please
Try Live Help on site during working hours, they will request a refund for you, though you might have to wait 10 mins+ to get to an advisor, but at least it's free . I chatted with them everyday for last 3 weeks! 2 parcels, 21 days waiting to be collected, and now waiting to be cancelled, what a nightmare. Refund takes 2 weeks at least, not 7 days as advertised. dont know why they're in Top 10 Hitwise.
Booked with Worldwide Parcel, failed collection yesterday, see how today goes. customer service is fairly good though. but it doesnt change anything.0 -
Lot's of bad experiences here with some different companies. I had a poor experience with Parcel Monkey, so I am now looking for a recommendation of who I should try next.
So, any good guys about at the moment?0 -
I have moved from UK to Italy, and need to send packages (15kg 120x35x35) to USA. Does anyone know of any companies that would do this route, Italy to USA?
Thanks.0
