    Morning Stolt,

Don't worry about your refund as it will be paid.

Many customers at the moment are booking with all re sellers and couriers directly expecting the same level of service they would get in good weather conditions.
When the courier fails to arrive many are asking for refunds and at the moment we have a large back log of these.

All will be paid out but it will take time.
The same can be said for customers with parcels at City Link depots. They are not lost as many are stating but simply stuck at the moment.

Once the weather improves and Christmas is out of the way all the couriers will clear the back logs, as will we, and service levels can get back to a much higher standard.

To all customers, please look at the details concerning the above on our home page for more information.

    Thank you.

OK thanks, if you could refund it asap please so i can use the funds another somethign else. appreciate its a difficult time...

  • My husband used ParcelMonkey for a delivery, booked on the 5th Dec and collected on the 6th by City Link. The parcel was supposedly delivered and signed for (not by the buyer) on the 8th December, but it seems to have magically reappered in City Link's system and is on its way back to us, and then it states it's back in the network. I raised a ticket on the 15th with ParcelMonkey to find out what is going on, and have had no contact since, no updates, nothing. The buyer is as frustrated as we are, and I cannot contact City Link in Reading as the number just goes dead.
I've had to raise a dispute through Paypal to get a reply, but even this hasn't worked!! What do we do next????:mad:
  • rode_tulpen,

parcelmoney rep, just had a email from yourselves asking me to rebook the missed bookings, is that a sensible thign to be doing given that there are so many problems at the moment. i would prefer a refund if i'm honest as i've now booked with interparcel and will see how they perform with communication etc.

Hi Parcel Monkey Rep.... city link booked via yourself collected a package last week.. (monday) I have been corresponding with support as delivery was not made.. (things like that happen I suppose)

My concern was that the city link tracking status never showed it arriving at depot.. but did show it being collected: which it was...

now city link tracking shows status collection cancelled at the request of account holder.. !!!!!!???

    can you explain....

    Not impressed at the moment..

Cant PM you the details.. as you have chosen not receive PMs...

I appreciate that the weather is an issue for the delivery companies.. but the fact I can not get an answer out of your support team is beyond a joke..

I advice anyone sending any packages at the moment to use a company that you can speak to on the phone and avoid companies which hide behind emails...

Even their "Claim form" for loss packages is hiding behind a broken link and produces "page can not be found errors!"

    Thanks
