I've got several parcels I want to have collected. Looking on the Parcelmonkey website, I clicked on "add another box" and the "multiple parcels" but after I've entered my collection address and the first recipient's address there doesn't seem to be a place to add more addresses.

What am I doing wrong please?

Or do all the parcels have to go to the same delivery address?

You've got it Martin. It's for multiple box items to the same address.

As for the resin issue - it's cannabis resin they won't ship.
  • Looked on ebay today, and instead of the pages and pages of choice I used to get of sellers of parcel delivery services, there are now only a few listings, and they all seem to be for Uk deliveries rather than international delivery. Does anyone know wahts going on, have Ebay stopped them or something?

I've finally had something go(kinda) wrong with PM. I sent an item back to a customer and the driver refused to sign the collection receipt. I was told by the driver that "PM want to pass the blame on to us, and the receipt has nothing to do with us" They are obviously wrong in the first part of their quote, considering if anything doesn't go to plan, it is almost certainly CityLink's fault, however they are right in the second part. The drivers have to sign and write their name, date, time and vehicle registration number when they are not paid to do so.

I was told that no CityLink driver would agree to this request. I hope that PM is rid of this feature now. No other resellers work like this at all.

Luckily, my item did arrive intact and fine.

Ditto mate. It was a step too far for my driver too.

Good to hear that Im not the only one. I do hope that PM removes this feature. If they don't, then lots of people will either pay for their cheapest product without paying for compensation or will simply go elsewhere

There are a few on ebay still advertising, if you go through to their websites and not actual ebay listings then you will see most offer an international service. You have to go to their sites anyway to give all your details.
  • Does anybody know what has happened to Independent Logistics?
We had two large items out with them for delivery last week and they seem to have disappeared.
They specialise in 2-man deliveries across the UK
No replied to e-mails. Phone line cut off.

    Any information great appreciated.
    They are usually reliable.
  • I've sold a heavy item on ebay (19kg) which will pack into a box of about 50cm square. Item sold for £60 and is not breakable (made from fabric). I'm going to go through parcel2go and use DHL to deliver my item. I've never used a courier before - is there anything I should be aware of? Also, what sort of time slot will I get for the courier who collects my item? Will I have to wait in all day or will I get a time that they will come? Ideally I'd like to specify that they collect my item after 3pm as that's the earliest I can get home from work (can't get a courier to collect from work) - is that possible?
    Thanks in advance :)

Why not send with Home Delivery Network instead?
I know its more expensive but you can specify a time for collection that way you know they will come after 3pm.
Have a look at HDNL evening collection on parcel2go.

Do you live near a depot, as many couriers will let you drop off at a depot.

OR: I actually leave my stuff in the porch for collection (if not using the dreaded CityLink who want a signature on collection for some reason - who I don't anymore tbh) - is where you live safe enough to do something like that? (I'm in the middle of nowhere).
