My tracking only 'activates' from the day of collection - the first line i get is 'Pick-Up Request Manifested " which then changes to collected after collection, if i book a collection for tomorrow say, you get the no matching records line.

Yes its rather quiet from the rep in the chimp costume isnt it. perhaps a new thread has been created for PM problems as someone earlier suggested so this thread can concentrate on low cost parcel delivery.

If it's anything to go by, my refund took 3 months following constant badgering by email, live chat and also on here.

I'm guessing they're busy 'enhancing' their website so that might delay their response further.

My 6th (and last!) missed collection in 6 weeks from Parcel Monkey today.
Very disappointed, will be switching business elsewhere now, I can't afford such bad service to reflect on my own businesses.

I bought a shredder on eBay and they struggled to get a courier, and used parcelmonkey(aka parcel connect) They may be going the same way as parcelbee, but lets hope now.

If they are, its time to go to payperparcel

Parcel was collected Mon. Just checked again now, and still "no record". Disappointing, so I'll have to hope the buyer is one who leaves feedback quickly so I know it got there!
